Pleasantly surprised with this Walmart- good produce selection for road trip and they have brown paper bags❤️ staff seemed confident and competent assisting in checkout. Overall, good experience.

It’s 2024. Can Walmart please be 24 hour again? Don’t bother with staff, a few robots and a cop at the door will do. I’m sick of shopping with mobs of people who can’t even use the in and out doors correctly.
Also, get rid of the cash registers and put all self checkouts.

I had purchased a Blackstone Grill online a few weeks back and went to the store to pick up the grill. However upon arriving at the store I learned that the dept had closed that handles the online pickup. A Filipino gentleman who is a manager there named Chris went above and beyond to help me to get my already purchased Grill thru that whole process. Since nobody was in the department it took some time but he was patient with me and very professional and courteous. He is a valuable asset to that Walmart. Excellent customer service. A++ This is the Walmart in Middletown, DELAWARE not New York

They are supposedly remodeling but wanted everyone to for a single line from checkout area to the frozen section. It was chaos and people were loosing their cool. Corporate really needs to help because the employees shouldn't have to hear customers cussing at them constantly.

Last time I was there I felt like I was in a completely different Walmart! They are rearranging the store again making it so much harder to find anything! So what used to take me about 30 minutes now takes like an hour! Also noticed some new technology and I think there's going to be a cashier in the beauty section!? specifically just for that section! It's so weird!
