I have had Wallace Energy for over 30 years. They have always given me the best customer service when needed. Their technicians have serviced our oil home heating system all these years and have done a great job.

The one time I needed a technician they said he would come from 8-11 am then 3-6 pm then 7-9 pm and then 9-11 pm!! Finally canceled and will switch to another company for propane and oil!!

Tony (691) was great. He not only fixed my problem quickly, he took the time to go over the whole system with me. He showed me how to check important things on my own, in case of emergency.

I had a leak in the circulator pump and called Wallace to repair. Jim F. Tech #208 was excellent and knew what he was doing. Sometime you get good techs....Jim was a great tech.

We used Wallace for years for our propane, thinking they were the same as everyone else. How wrong we were! We were on an automatic fill but ran out several times. The tank they originally gave us was old, and I later found out, from their service tech., it was from 1988. Our house was built in 2004!!! Then, after using them for years, they decided that where the tank was located was against code and had to be moved. Why, after all that time (and they put the tank there), was it suddenly an issue? They came several times to try to find a spot that would meet code, but couldn't find a location they would accept. They ultimately wanted us to change our outdoor GFI outlet to a regular outlet, which would violate electrical code. When I mentioned this, I was told they do it all the time. We went back and forth and ultimately said no thanks - we're switching to another company, who had no problem with where the tank was located. When I canceled our service, they didn't question it, didn't try to win us back, didn't care. Wallace is a big name in fuel service but their ethics need to be reviewed. Beware!!

I had no heat and Wallace sent Tony. He was thorough, polite and explained what he was doing. I would recommend him again for my furnace tune up.

I just have to mention..I was coming down youngblood road in Montgomery around 9:30 this morning and the wallace truck was driving so fast over the narrow hill going towards 17K had had to pull over to the side..very scary

After paying off my bill from a contract I was offered to reinstate my account. I mentioned I did not want continue business with them and I did not want any more oil deliveries. I received a oil delivery anyway and charged for it. I called asking why I was receiving and they told me I was still on the plan even though I specifically the rep I didn’t want it. They then said they would review my calls and have me listen to these calls but heard nothing for a week. I called again and spoke with a supervisor Bianca, who then told another rep that she didn’t hear me saying I didn’t want service and also denied me listening to a recording of my call. All of these reps are promising things they can’t deliver on at all. At the end of the call the rep then said that now all of a sudden I can listen to calls and offered me a $25 credit on a almost $200 bill I never asked for. Horrible service and communication. I will never use them again and definitely do not recommend AT ALL!

Had my furnace cleaned and tuned up today. Tony was very professional, thorough and left everything immaculate. He was polite and explained everything in detail. Very happy with the service he provided.

After 16 years of being in my house I was told the propane tank had to be relocated. The tank Wallace installed. Then they advised they were charging me $440 to move it. I canceled my service with them. Prior to this issue they were dependable.
