I just want to say how great Cindy was that day. She was very professional. It was a very stressful day for her but she came thru with flying colors. After the electricity went out in the store, the computers went down, and all day trying to get things up and running she was cool headed. I was able to trade in my Singer and upgraded to a Husqvarna 1600 I love it. I would recommend this gallery to anyone that wants to buy a sewing machine. All the women there will help you with any questions. I'm going back for some sewing lessons. Thanks again Gals.

Asked what the difference between their $17,000 machine single needle vs a $4000 online competition 4 needles. their response was wifi and its not meant for business..... sorry to break it to you lady but wifi is cheap and standard now a days. Also, who in their right mind would pay $17k in for the most basic machine i have ever seen. Not only that if you want to use their app its $50/month. This company 100% is ripping everyone off. Do not buy here. Go with the competition you can not only make materials faster but quality is better for a much lower price.

Holly is very knowledgeable. All sewing machines come with a beginners class to help you learn how to use your machine. Holly is also always on standby to help her customers. I have called her several times to help me with trouble shooting and she has not let me down. Try getting service like that from Amazon! Call them up and say your machine is making a weird sound and tell me how that works out for you haha. Support a great small business and shop here.
