Having some issues with my iPhone 13 SIM card.Luck of the draw I got Franklin who was an expert at solving issues like mine.He had me fixed by activating the e-sim feature. This phone was on life support (SOS) mode whe I got there and in no time I was fixed and on my way out the door.

terrible customer service. I cant believe that I was spoken to the way I was. do not go to this store unless you want to be spoken to like youre stupid and have them raise their voice at you! :)

This Verizon store is great Customer service is greatI wish I could say the same about their service. What happened to Verizon Overpriced and underachieved for sure on this one. If you can avoid Verizon and their outrageous prices please save yourself the headache.

Getting in contact with this store via phone was an endless task. I kept getting sales for all Verizon products or some other irrelevant option. My only goal in reaching the store at this time was to see if i had left my gloves there. I'm still waiting on this call for a response; I've been Waiting for over 31 minutes for a phone rep to answer. I give up!!!Earlier this afternoon, when we went to have a phone set up because the online appointment option said set up/ troubleshooting. However, we were quickly informed that they do not set up phones. They just ensure that the number works, put in a SIM card, activate a phone plan and other additional products that one may want.

I went to this store at 2PM on 11/28. As I was walking to the door, 2 customers walked out along with an employee. He said the store was closed. I might add, there were customers inside. When asked why not adhere to the posted hours the employee responded that if I must know, "someone had COVID." I'm pretty sure that was just a sorry excuse, but if not, were all customers alerted to this possible exposure? Should'nt all employees also need to quarantine? The public should be made aware.

The Verizon on 160 Dolson provides awful customer service as well. I just bought a phone which malfunctioned after a month and a half. They wouldn't replace it. Nor did they seem particularly sorry for selling me this lemon. They care little for their customers. All they want to do is sell you things.

I had a great experience this week at the Orange plaza store after a disastrous experience at the Orangeburg, NY store. I was greeted the moment I walked in and sent directly over to an associate. Jordan listened to my needs (which were very, very basic). I needed a flip phone with a basic service plan for my father who went into assisted living. Jordan got me the phone I needed, with a very reasonable plan. He didn't try to over sell anything . I was out the door with a brand new plan in under 15 mins! Very happy!!

Customer service is rotten, they will not take Anyone through my experience on 3 separate occasions, All I wanted to do is exchange a phone case for the phone that They ordered wrong to begin with, And have the screen protector put on my new one. They told me by appointment only.. Since each store is independently owned, I couldn't go Anywhere else. They have Now lost customers. My first experience with them, They would Not take customers at all saying they had Nobody to help us, Yet, the store was empty of customers, And 4 associates working. This was just a couple of weeks ago. Then when we went in with our appointment, they ordered the Wrong phone, to which again, they would take us by Appointment Only to make the correction on Their mistake! After about an hour on the phone with an Amazing Customer Service representative named Leslie, she ordered me the Correct phone, and was even Nice about it! Yay! The Middletown Verizon has extremely bad customer service, when each time they could have said, I am sorry, we will fix our mistake, but, to give us an Appointment Only option each time is Unacceptable when They messed up my order Not once, Not twice but 3 times. They will No longer get Our service, will will Not ever go back to them.

Verizion sent me here a with a exploded battery issue was told it was a assurion issue spoke to assurion on the phone while in the parking lot they asked to speak to someone inside so when i went back in they told me they wouldn't talk to them as the guy was standing around he said o I am with a customer when the wasn't. Really bad customer service I would recommend you go with another store or even better another cell phone carrier company.

If you can go to a different Verizon location save yourself the stress and avoid this one. If you have an emergency with your phone expect a very long wait time if you don't have an appointment which are usually taken up for the day. I walked in and was told they had an hour and a half wait time. I feel like that is due to lack of staff which has seemed to always be an issue with this location even before covid
