The door was open and lights were on. No one was there. I waited and looked around and they had a sign up saying they closed at 2:30 due to staffing. Couldn’t even be bothered to lock the doors or shut the lights off?

The girl behind the counter was super rude and has zero customer service skills and really needs to find a a different job where she doesn’t deal with people , downright miserable and will never step foot back into that post office and will gladly drive all the across town just so I don’t have to deal with an attitude for needing to send certified mail , just wow my mind is blown how people can be so rude to complete strangers for zero reason

Guys save yourself the headache and don’t go here. The girl that works behind the counter is rude and nasty. She never greets the customers, she is very short with them and nasty. She takes an hour for her lunch break to the gate will be closed so good luck if your trying to mail something on break. She is usually only person working and she closes early at 4:30 even though the hours online and the door state 5pm. Don’t waste your time coming here hoping its open after 4:30 cause it wont be. Btw she’s especially rude to foreigner's, elderly etc. Go to circleville branch they are kind, professional and helpful and might I add much cleaner than the scotchtown branch!!! Plus circleville is only 5 minutes from this location so not far at all. Not sure why USPS employs this lady.

Came to mail a package at 4:30pm because Google USPS website, everything shows the counter is open until 5pm. Get here and the counter is closed! Had planned out a trip specifically to stop here to mail out an important package.
If they can’t staff the place shut it down or update Google with your times. Absolutely ridiculous.

Girl at front desk never scanned my package when I dropped it off so I have no way of tracking. She told me that the scanning of packages takes place at the Middletown location. I drove there and they told me she was lying.

I am appalled by how I was treated by the clerk Allison today. By far the most rude and unprofessional experience in my life. By the looks of the other reviews previous to mine Allison should not be a representation of the United States Postal Service!

The clerk named Allison at this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. After reading through the previous reviews this is clearly her style of “customer service”. Shame on the post office for allowing this behavior and treatment of their customers to continue!

12/28/23 HOURS OF THIS POST OFFICE ARE 9 TO 5:30. THERE IS NO REASON THE GATES SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLOSED & LOCKED AT 5:OO!!!
12/2022: Horrible location. The clerk was very rude & careless with my package which I didn’t appreciate to begin with. She was gonna have me write the address on the heating pad box!!! I said “doesn’t It go Ina box?” She points behind me & then my Christmas card was never delivered that SHOULD have been In the box with the heating pad. How did only the heating pad get there??? Where’s the card with 50 dollars In It??? The box was taped/sealed. Did the driver swipe It because It’s the holiday season & they know those cards contain money? Somewhere, someone went wrong. I want answers & to speak to a manager!!! I will be coming Into the office ???

Rude overweight girl again this morning! I was thinking how does she still have this job? No customer service skills!!! Who trained her? She needs to be working alone & definitely not with the public! Wished her a better day anyway?
