Understaffed, only one agent at the counter, waited in line for about 25 mins, another time had to abort because the line was too long. The Post office should really just be privatized, government monopolies never work out well.

Don't try to call them for help. They won't answer their phone and then hang up on you. The Post Master needs to be replaced with one that will take care of customers.
