edit: on my last visit prior to this week, there was a self-serve machine in the store, just not yet set up. i was excited to go this time to use that machine, but it's gone. why?!!!?!!??? just do everyone (customers and staff) right and install the thing! its 2024, get with it!
Please invest in a self serve machine like the Poughkeepsie store has. It would considerably cut down wait times amd staff pressure

I had a great experience with an employee at the UPS store in Middletown. I came in for an amazon return, which can be complicated at times. This sweet girl, Michelle, recognized that I was struggling with my return and provided me with clear simple instructions. She was very nice and polite throughout the whole transaction.

For both print orders and Amazon returns, this place is infinitely better than dealing with Staples.

I have never had a problem with shipping or returning my items. The staff is so pleasantly wonderful. They work so hard to be diligently accurate with all the customers needs. Guys and Gals keep up the Awesome work. Stay safe and have wonderful day.

Worst ups store I was ever in I received a box from Amazon and it was a little ripped and I returned it I went to this store they gave me the worst attitude they made me tape it and then made me carry it to the back I drove 30 minutes to this store worst place ugly service and bad attitude ??

I wish there was an express lane for people who already have their items packed and labeled and just need to drop off packages. The lines can be very long at times and full of people returning Amazon purchases.

They assured me of all my questions. Also they listed to my concerns and validated what I was saying. The clerk explained things to me in a way I could understand without making me feel like I was dumb. The gentleman that took car of me should be an example to his co workers.
