“Our experience at Build a Bear was EXCELLENT!! This was my grandsons first experience. My kids grew up having the build a bear experience, so it was only fitting to take my grandchild. Karen’s customer service was superb. A few people in my small group arrived late and that didn’t frazzle Karen at all. She handled my late comers with patience and grace. She provided them the same service and experience she had provided me and my family with upon arrival !! Not only did we receive superb service but Karen is also very knowledgeable and passionate about her job. Her willingness to make sure her guest has a blast should be appreciated and rewarded.
