I come to the mall a lot to get my eyebrows threaded and honestly I’m just so tired of the attitude I get when asked for a full face threading they don’t want to because it takes time although I am paying the price they have posted I always have a problem to get this service the ladies are usually rude and nasty about it and I would love to speak to the owner and let him know that the lady with reddish hair says she doesn’t make enough hourly to be taking time doing a full face on me which is not my problem I come in for a service that it states it gives and I can never get it only eye brows

If I could give zero stars I would. I come here all the time I walked in and the usual woman I see wasn’t there but since I always go I assumed it would be alright. BUTCHERED IS THE ONLY WORD TO DESCRIBE MY EYEBROWS. I should have walked out when she was on the phone and made me wait a 2 minutes for her to finish. Begum was so rough and as she was threading I felt chunks of hair being ripped out. When she was done my face was covered in hair which has never happened. Also when she was done she must have known she screwed up because she did not offer me a mirror. I thought fine because I’ve never had a problem. I paid her the $15 and gave her a $5 tip. When I got to the car I decided to check and like I said BUTCHERED. She removed to much hair, there are patches missing from the front, they a two different shapes and one is basically chopped off making it much shorter than the other. I went back and the woman in the chair was receiving service from the same woman I didn’t when she got up her eyebrows were symmetrical and she even gave her the mirror to check. I asked for a refund and they have a no refund policy. She offered to “fix them” I told her I don’t feel comfortable because the only way to “fix” them is to remove more hair. She said to come back in two weeks for free eyebrow threading. But the more I look at them and realize I’m going to have to fill them in to look somewhat normal and I have an event this week the angrier I became. I’m not returning ever again and I’m she should have given me a refund. Trying to draw them in has reduced me to tears. I’m so pissed.

The henna design I left with she said she did great work and the work on the wall was her designs but I told her I had something in mind already. But I showed her the picture and everything it wasn't coming out how I liked it so I said could she redo it I spent $20 on something that wasn't even done in 5 minutes the she said she would discount me instead on $ 25 for horrible work don't go here

Okay, so I'm afraid to leave an angry review because believe it or not people can leave unfair reviews on businesses without consideration that these are people too. So yesterday was my very first time braving up the courage to treat myself to a full face hair removal and this went totally LEFT. I left the place furious I shouted and cried in pain. The thread artist was brutal and rough but she got the hair off. Beauty is pain but this place doesn't feel user friendly at all. The woman SCOLDED me to go downstairs as if I was a child. This was my very first time going. So I needed to finish the other half of my face. I went downstairs and the lady was extremely gentle. I paid and gave a gracious tip considering how badly I was treated upstairs. I would recommend the service but certain artists are not that customer friendly. It's user and buyer beware. Go at your own caution and bring your own face aloe. No aloe was applied as promised and my face was greatly sore afterwards. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!! Go at your own risk!!!!!!!! But good luck. ?

So disgusted with my experience today. I needed my brows and upper lip to be threaded. And as soon as I look in the mirror after coming home from this establishment today, my right tail end of my eyebrow is far thinner than the left tail end of my other eyebrow, even after I specifically told the woman here to follow my natural shape and to not go to thin. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at this point. Not after this woman who charged me over $20 for a simple brow touch up and upper lip hair removal. DISGUSTING.

Went to downstairs location and got eyebrows threaded. My eyebrows were ok but when i went to pay, she asked me “how much?” as someone else stated. I told her $5 and then she proceeded to change the price from $10 to $15 and also added another $5 for the tip. I paid $20 to get some mediocrely threaded eyebrows LOL. Ridiculous. If you go to bottom location, i recommend bringing cash so she doesn’t add money on for herself.

I need to speak to the Owner, I went yesterday for full face wax , Aunti peeled my skin both side of cheeks. So sad if you cannot do proper wax why you take customer. I am just so upset to see my face . Its ur professional if you don't like then don't do it but please don't ruin someone s face.

she does my eyebrows well no doubt, but whenever i pay with my card ($10) she asks me “how much?” and is kinda pushing me to tip on my card. like the last time i went i gave her my card and she asked how much i told her $10 she was like only ten? do you have cash im like no ??. really odd but she still does a great jobService: Eyebrow threading

Very inconsistent place. Very unprofessional. I asked for thick eyebrows and walked out with thin eyebrows. Like what was the point of me growing them out! I always explain what I want before I get them done and they always do the opposite, beyond frustrating. I have had enough. Will not be going back.

Please don't go here :( I asked to keep my eyebrows thick and I just wanted a nice clean. The lady downstairs with the blonde hair didn't seem to care. I had showed her a picture of my brows when they were thick and well groomed in the past and she looked for .5 seconds and then proceeded to pluck all the hairs out. It took me a while to grow my brows and now they're thin again and uneven. What a waste.

My girlfriend and I went to the mall to go shopping and we walked out of the upper floor of Macy's and saw the store and decided to give it a try.The lady was dealing with a customer on the phone when we walked in and saw that they require a face mask, which is totally understandable since they are dealing with you face to face.We didn't have our face mask on us so we did some shopping around the mall, ran out to the car to grab our masks, then walked back in bc we still needed to hit a couple stores up after.Super nice technician [I don't remember her name but she works at the upstairs location right outside the Macy's entrance on the upper floor] and prices are VERY reasonable..there is a threading shop in my hometown for 15 before tax and then you gotta tip...so for $10 you deff can't beat that.I will deff be back again once I get some more time off to drive back out there.Service: Eyebrow threading

I visited this place Saturday 10/24/2020 in the late afternoon looking to get my upper lip threaded. The woman there said, “no thread upper lip”, although it is advertised that it can be done. She said waxing is available. I agreed since waxing and threading the upper lip were the same price. She proceeded to get the wax, raised the stick over my skin without waving or blowing and burned me. I wish i can post the burns below my nose. I will never go there again. I paid and left.
