Ana took great care of me! She is very detailed and meticulous. I never get my nails done; so I had no clue what I wanted, it was really great to have someone take the lead and know what would be best for me! I definitely would go back for the pedicure.
...... Just an update after Owner's response :) I would definitely give 5 stars; however, the finger nail polish chipped right away. I had been very very careful with my nails. After two days almost all of the white on every fingernail had chipped off - I'm not sure if it is my nails, or the quality of polish. By the 3rd day, hardly any polish was left. The 4 stars is for that reason. I'm from out of town, so it was unfeasible for me to return to have my nails fixed.
Cleanliness: Cute little spot. You can tell the stylists and staff really care.

If I could give zero I would. My dads Hispanic and I understand some Spanish n the staff was talking shii, just got them done 2 days ago n gems already had fell off as well as a nail $210 for me n my sister nails to walk out looking thick and extremely heavy n ugly. The guy at the front was nice but everyone else had attitude problems.

I am not a “review” type person, but this needs to be applauded. I absolutely love them! The pedicures are great along with the massage and gel manicure I receive are everything I ask for.
The staff is so nice and I will continue to go there. The location is clean and organized.
I am an avid prolonged nail person for over 30 years from different areas and states.
The first time I came in my pedicure was overdue and Angie did a phenomenal job cleaning up and fixing my toes. She also did my first UV from there and while I picked a subtle color the UV didn’t lift at all, the color only started to change because it had been exactly 4 weeks between this refill and last.
My second visit was pedicure with Ana who did a phenomenal job as well.
My UV gel refill with Jenny was everything I wanted. The shape, the desired thickness (not thick) - everything.
Go and be upfront about what you want, if they ask you if you like and you don’t - say something.
You won’t be disappointed ?

Funny you asked for me to take my review down and you have it removed? Your techs are nasty, the owner only cares about money. Monica did my nails 3x and for some reason after the first manicure they got worse. Gel chipped and peeled… and she used acrylic I found out instead of gel… you have been stealing? I will be reporting this salon… that’s awful, you charged me for gel fills and put acrylic on my nails when I didn’t ask. I already wrote the better business bureau. ***Avoid this place at all costs they lie, insult customers and make sure to do it in Spanish. Funny because we can understand… try again.
I wish zero was an option.

My daughter & I decided to try Nail Bar & Spa yesterday and left very pleased!! I received a gel manicure & pedicure from Jenni & my daughter received a full set from Tatiana. They both were great, took their time and made sure our nails look perfect!! The entire salon is very clean & everyone is very friendly & welcoming!! We love the look of our nails & will deff be back!

Let me start off by saying that I had no intentions of writing this review with as low of a star. However, I feel it’s necessary in the event this happens to another person. I went to this nail salon after I saw a co-worker nails and thought their design and nails were really nice. She had only a gel manicure. I asked my co-worker who did her nails and she said Monica. I booked an appointment with Monica on 6/25. When I arrived the location was neat organized and clean. She began doing my nails, she was nice, professional and I barely had to wait to be seen. However, as she progressed doing my nails I knew I was not going to like them they were really thick, did not look natural at all and some were crooked. In addition, she did my left thumb 3 times because the gel kept lifting from my nail, completely. I have never experienced this and I have been doing my nails since I was 16, I’m 34 for reference. Her coworker asked if this has ever happened to me as if it was an issue with me and not with the technician or materials! Nonetheless, I already decided to move forward and just not return. Once Monica got to painting my nails the nails looked worse, she put 3 coats of polish, which made them look even thicker. I just wanted to leave at this point but I had also scheduled a pedicure. The pedicure was mediocre. I guess Monica could tell I was unhappy and I had pointed out the gel polish on my right thumb was also lifting, I have never seen that before either. She asked if she could do the polish over because she too didn’t like how they turned out. Initially I said no because I was there since 4:45 and it was almost 7, but later agreed. After, redoing the polish and filing down the gel I was okay with them. But didn’t f get at what I wanted and was there for 3 hours. The very next day while out shopping I looked down only to see another nail completely gone! At this point the salon was closed. I called the following morning and while on the phone 2 other nail are visibly lifted and came right off! The male on the phone stated that Monica informed him that it may be a concern the day I got my nails done and to come in to have them fixed. Through the day more came off and I literally could just pull the get apart. I have had press on nails that lasted longer that these nails. I called back and requested a refund because at this point I don’t want anyone there touching my nails. Only to be given a return phone call stating that in order to get a full refund I have to go in person and have the nails removed! What nails?! They were all gone! I’m still awaiting to hear from the owner who I requested to speak to directly. Please see photos, I can’t make this up!

Then after going back and forth she offered for another technician to do my nails "free of charge" which I don't know how it's free of charge if I'm not getting a full refund. I for obvious reasons declined! I rather not deal with horrible customer service or waste my time there again. All the Owner had to say was that she told her employees if they were not happy with their work to not continue doing the work so no one's time is wasted and then proceeded to let me know they have never had any issues with anyone else. That great but clearly they have with me!

french gel manicure I had done yesterday (6/14/24) began to peel after 3 hours, I went back and was told to leave... Today I called and the OWNER says she will fit me in before they close... they close in 90 mins and she hasn't called... This salon is over priced for what you get, everything is an excuse as to why it is not up to customer satisfaction. Why did I pay for a French and get peeling gel? 99.9% of salons would absolutely fix this.. not here. They have an attitude issue and don't care about what their customers think clearly as I paid quite a bit for my fill + French and they don't care its cracking ok... I'll be coming in for a refund.

My first time here but it won't be my last. The staff is extremely friendly and nice. The salon is peaceful and clean. I will be back.

I regret to say that my recent experience at The Nail Bar was incredibly disappointing and even distressing. I must caution others, especially those considering eyebrow waxing, to exercise extreme caution, particularly if serviced by Tati. Unfortunately, my appointment left me with facial lacerations, causing immense sadness and regret. Despite being a loyal patron, I can no longer endorse this establishment for eyebrow services and urge others to beware of similar outcomes.

My daughter and I had a spa pedicure there today and had a wonderful experience. Very clean and comfortable. My daughter had a gel French and they came out beautifully.
