Very bad customer service, rude and very slow at everything

I entered this location today and was greeted by Teresa with false and inaccurate information. I feel like I was profiled. I bank with TD and Capital One, I needed to withdraw money from my Capital One Account. I didn’t want to use atm to avoid the ATM fees, she told me that I wouldn’t be able to withdraw funds inside the branch. I knew this wasn’t true. I ended up spending $11 on ATM fees due to her profiling me. Minutes later I called Capital One and the rep stated that I am able to go into any bank and withdraw with Advance Cash and successfully withdrew the amount I needed with the help of Emelia. She also was profiling, after proving me with the receipt and transaction being approved for withdrawl of $1,000 asked me for several forms of id after I had provided her with my New York Drivers License and Debit Card. Regional Manager Dwight should really look into this.

Everyone at the branch is welcoming and helpful. They even engage with my kids when they bring in a deposit for their accounts. I’ve never had an issue or a question that could not be answered or fixed. I couldn’t ask for a better home branch.

I went to TD bank looking to have Bonds cashed to have them invested by my financial advisor. The teller who barely looked up at me, said this is going to take too long to do, you have to come back tomorrow we already started closing. Why are you closing when you are still open, and within your hours of operation? "Well sorry we can't help you today" Unprofessional and not worth the trip! Take your money elsewhere!

An embarrassment to banking anywhere. Abysmal service, whoever is running this bank should be ashamed of themselves. 40 minutes in drive through for a simple deposit. Not the first time either

TD Bank is my favorite Bank, staff very helpful and nice. They're open 7 days a week which is a good thing, I would recommend TD Bank to anyone

I cannot understand why customers would bring their business to this place. The customer service has twice out of two times been slow as molasses, because of understaffing. (Today I waited more than 50 minutes.) I'm so glad I bank at a credit union. They have no wait, very few fees, AND a public bathroom, which ironically, only becomes necessary only in a place with long waits like TD Bank, where there is none.

The staff has no idea what they're doing I went to get two money orders and it took, no lie, nearly 45 minutes. They made me late and took forever to access my own money. The manager finally had to come over and when she did she criticized the way I asked for it and claimed that's what caused the problem rather than their incompetent staff.

If I could give this td bank zero stars i would. The women helping me was rude, condescending, and nasty. I saw restrooms and asked to use it and they told me its not for the public and told me to walk down the street to a CLOSED Chinese restaurant. Every single other TD location allowed me to use theirs. It is absolutely unacceptable to treat paying customers this way. Do not go to this location, HORRIBLE customer service.
