I will not give them a star i will give them a negative result Their customer service personnel is very horrible they are very bad at their jobs the only they want is add more fee to your unit if you are paying by credit card there is a fee for using the credit card they will call you at all the hours at night when they call you they will block their number at 1 am in the morning so you will pick it up

Recently I was moving from my house to an apartment and needed an affordable place for my possessions. I not only received reasonable prices , and clean facility , the staff was friendly and more than helpful and attentive to my needs. I highly recommend storage solutions.

This place has horrible customer service. I rented a unit paid whatever the fee was had the unit for less than 30 days I let the clerk know that I was no longer going to be using it so they won't bill me for another month and they refuse to give me my deposit back stating that "in the contract it says you must give a 30 day notice to cancel units". I didn't even have the unit for 30 days, the clerk said the day I signed up I should have let them know I won't need it anymore as if I knew that the day I signed up. The clerk refused to give me the managers name so that I can discuss this with them and told me to just wait for a call back from the manager that is going to tell me the same thing. I will never rent from here again and I will also spread the word on how they treat their customers. Horrible place. They deserve no stars but I had to put one.

They went up $38 on my rent the very next month after I signed the contract.
