Very Clean Affordable and Accommodating storage area. The employees here are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was more than happy with my decision to rent a unit here. Best storage place in Middletown.

Storage unit itself was fine. Staff was fine. Why the 2 star rating? The corp office is a joke. Was told id get a rebate because I moved out the unit the week it renewed and was told i was in the 5 day grace period. I was told after that the main office said they don’t owe me anything and then I called the main office and gave my information and I never heard anything . I called many times within a few days . Nothing. Unprofessional and funny thing I need another storage unit to rent out but honestly Never going to this place again. And frankly ill tell everyone to avoid this if you dont want to be told lies and not even have the decency to address the situation. Also they raised the rent without even telling me smh.1 star.

Storage facility. They are constantly upgrading it, making it more secure which is good. I wish it was climate controlled, but it is a good spot for your extra storage needs

I like that they offer 1 month for FREE however would have liked for it to offer proper ventilation in their units like they said they do on their website! Other then that, great location and the guy was really really nice too!
