Went to the bank, an employee let us in. After a few minutes of waiting to get a document notarized another employee came over to us stating that we couldn't be helped bcuz the bank is closed and she didn't know how long the notary was gonna take after helping another customer so we had to leave. We sat there for a minute. The same employee went to the back and told the guy that let us in we don't want to leave. The manager came over her response was we are non customers and we had to leave bcuz the bank is closed and it was our choice to come back in the morning or not. We were very dissatisfied with the unprofessionalism we received. They were not friendly at all from the moment we walked in. I Do not recommend this bank

I have a business account with this branch through the years I've dealt with terrible customer service and crazy banking procedures but now they are charging a fee for cash deposits into a bank business account that is ridiculous makes no sense I'm paying you to put my money into your bank I will be transferring to Wells Fargo shortly because I also emailed customer service they responded after 7 days to tell me I need to call the branch this was customer service from there main campus through their banking website after you get through to the branch if you have a business account now they charge a fee for cash deposits over $5,000 a month I own a retail business of course it's over $5,000 a month they gave no notice either use a different bank this one is almost like it's owned by the mob taking a piece of everything

I would like to say I do appreciate the people who work here but think it’s severely understaffed. Have been using bank since it was provident and this location is always slow. Today it took a half an hour to deposit check using the drive through. I am on my way to work and left 20 minutes early to deposit and that still isn’t enough for this what should be very simple errand. Guess I’m going to be late. Ugh

Absolutely worst bank. I had taken out $300.00 out of my account from the ATM and never received my money. I immediately went into the branch and received absolutely no help. Teller was too busy looking at her cell phone. I was told that they cannot help me and handed me a phone number to call. Manager named Rose was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn’t even identify herself as the manager when I asked to speak to a manager. She did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help me. This experience has been an absolute nightmare. It has taken me hours to straighten this out and it’s still not over. My husband and I after 17 years with this bank, Provident, Sterling now Webster are going to another financial institution.

Keep your money under your mattress! No acknowledgement upon arrival. For being a priority member, you would never know. As if 10:30 am, I have been here for 35 minutes this far. I don't even think they care!

Alwaysssss closed. Have to go to the Florida branch to get in person service. They have definitely used the "pandemic " excuse to their advantage. I don't know how they are even in business still. Just horrible.

The automated system over the phone is horrible can't even set up a simple pin for a debit card l. Then when you try and get one of the ARABS on the phone it's "the automated system can do the let me transfer you " even after you explain its not working and before you can say anything you're transfered back to the same thing... horrible horrible horrible..Hire some Americans please and ditched the automated
