I needed fliers quickly and was helped by a new employee named Genesis who was simply amazing. She was patient, kind and a great trouble shooter. I experienced top notch customer service...the old fashioned way! She made sure I had a place to sit down and just made me feel like a VIP! Great job Genesis!

Website said they had stock, but the store was a mess and didn't have it. Difficult to find help, only one helpful cashier with 10 employees ignoring me. Seemed like it was a bankruptcy sale, product was sparse, seemed like everything was low stock.

Saw a review from a month ago talking about how the ink price is different online and in store and it’s because they count as two different stores if you had even a brain you would see that staples store price match their online prices you just have to provide the info on your phone or just ask them upfront to price match your ink useless review from a person with no brain

The only reason I leave one star is because I can’t give zero. Where do I begin with copy and print my order was supposed to be ready for pickup two weeks ago, I call and they tell me it’s going to be another week. Every time I walk in the employees look like they don’t want to be working and are evidently short staffed.

Staples has been my go to office supply store for something like 20+ years. Consistently they do better than Office Max or Office Depot. This does not mean that they are perfect. I had a really negative experience with their San Diego store. The problem was with an employee, not with Staples. I contacted their corporate headquarters, explained the problem and I received what I needed as an overnight shipment. This experience is very rare but Staples has always made things right. They get something like a 9.9 rating from me.

I walked in to print And waited quite some time. Somebody walked in long after me, and was helped right away. It would be nice if they were able to help customers in the order they were received instead of skipping through just because someone has a question. It was very annoying having to wait
