I went today to turn in a router and a DVR. I signed in and waited maybe 15 minutes or so. They were busy. The manager was helping also. She helped me and also gave me a new modem because mine was the original from when they installed it a long time ago. She was great and went over and above. Yes there is a wait but the representatives are taking time with the people that they are waiting on. Some have questions and some are upgrading phones or services and they take the time needed. I understand and when it’s my turn they do the same for me. They don’t rush you. I installed the new modem and everything is working so much better and faster.

They store is very nice, the employees are nice that I have interacted .But mour service sucks always spectrum is not up to par. Too many visits and calls ? ? for issues with the service ?. The stars ? are for the niceness of the appearance of the store and the employees. NOT THE SERVICES.

The man from Spectrum came to do a Simple job and ended up spending half the day Straitening out our system .We even had a hot lunch together . Great Job

this is Thomas Nick riner 111 spectrum said they would take my Medicare part c card as payment my intent and lied to me because spectrum not acting management REFUSED TO take my Medicare part c card as payment for internet! Do NOT do business with spectrum they have no integrity and no morals and can't be trusted!

Having an appointment make no difference. Still waited behind everyone that walked in before me. Also 2 of the 3 people working had major attitudes. The girl who helped me was on her phone with zero interest in helping me. If spectrum wasn't my only choice for internet I'd certainly cancel my business with them.

I went in to start up internet and cable. The young girl that sits on the right hand side, who wears a mask, is very rude and BEYOND unprofessional. She tried to throw me into a plan and got annoyed when I asked questions. Not only annoyed but failed to explain anything I was being charged. In the end called over another associate saying “we didn’t believe her”. What is there to believe when you didn’t give any explanation!!! Ended up leaving without setting up anything. Better to go online than to go into this store.

I had a civil suit against spectrum and won in court. I called them to receive my money owed to me for cutting my sprinkler wire and was told "no". Why go to court if you cannot even retrieve the funds awarded to you. I was treated disrespectfully and the man that did the appraisal for spectrum for the damages done lied and was middle eastern and would not look at me nor allow me to talk. He spoke over me every time I tried to talk. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They deserve ZERO stars but that is not an option. This is why no one wants cable anymore.

Someone needs to teach Shavon some customer service skills as she's very rude and acts as though you are bothering her when you respectfully ask for assistance to solve issues that Spectrum creates. She'll do well at a correctional facility, but not in a company where people PAY for a service. This woman can surely turn off customers from continuing to work with Spectrum.Also, the system here needs to be rethought and perhaps they should add an express line because it's not efficient to have everyone wait long times to then say that something needs to be done over-the-phone.

I have spectrum’s Wi-Fi and it is absolutely horrible!! If I could give them -5 stars I would. I’m coming from the city and had Fios to this monopoly by spectrum. It’s the absolute worst service I have ever paid for. I pay over a hundred dollars for the worst service. The content always freezes. I also work from home and my work is suffering because the internet is so slow. It’s beyond frustrating when I’m meeting with my supervisees and share my screen for it to lag while loading or have to hit refresh a thousand times for it to load. Even the technician that came to set up the equipment told me that it’s the worst internet service. The second technician that came to my house when the router stopped working less than a month after installation told me that the equipment is garbage and sent me a link for routers he recommends that are far better than spectrum. I pray that Fios comes to this area or that another provider comes and breaks up this monopoly.

Expect long wait times: They have a DMV-like system, but they don't differentiate between customers choosing a new phone, customers with billing problems, and customers just picking up equipment. They need to manage their customer service more efficiently. Doing that will help clear the queue faster. Equipment pickup shouldn't involve an hour wait. (No, Spectrum-review-monitor-person, I don't need a generic response with a helpful link, please just let your store manager know. Thank you.)

The internet is Completely unreliable. I get like one or two nights a week I can actually relaxed and try and stream something and the internet never works. So instead I have to use my mobile Hotspot just to watch something on Netflix. Supposedly fixed the internet on the pole outside and it literally is worse somehow

I ordered 2 iPhones from spectrum on Friday 5/26/23 was told I would receive them on Tuesday 5/30/23 it's Wednesday and i check my order it tells me Friday. i call spectrum to be lied to and hung up on. and when I finally get a supervisor they can't even let me go pick up the phones at the spectrum store that's 2 minutes away. absolutely disgusting what ever happened to customer service . I recommend to everyone pay a few more dollars to verizon .

My husband and I went in this evening to discuss Spectrum Mobile as we have two phones through Verizon. Antonio was incredible. Not only was he patient but he was thorough in explaining how simple the switch would be. I was shocked we were able to keep our number and use our same phones. We have internet through spectrum and now between the price, the coverage, and the excellent support we have mobile as well. Employees like Antonio are the reason we will be staying with spectrum, we truly appreciated him and his help today!

Was 1st in line sat 5/6,Before they opened.The girl who unlocked the door, named savannah, wouldn't acknowledge my "good morning" how are you?. And gave me the look of disgust. Very unprofessional. .
