Staff are always nice, but they only seem to stock about 5 phones per model so if you ever want to get a phone from here you better come early in the day or they probably wont have any left.

This is my third attempt to get to this store. Every time there are a dozen or so people waiting, and waiting...
Now I tried right at 10 am when they open, not any better.
I can't wait to have an alternative for Internet at my location. Monopolistic $79.99 a month Internet and unacceptable customer service for a company posting stellar profits are just sad.
There are 3 people working here, one just sits at her desk with no customers. They would need at least 5 working people here to handle demand. Oh, and the self service kiosk is out of service, too.

They make you sit around for an inordinate amount of time as if you’re not a customer or not important to them. Plan to waste half of your day even if there’s five or six empty registers for associates that are not staffed. They do not care about their customers time is obvious.

For a business that covers all of New York , they have no where near enough employees. Customer service should still matter. Not employees fault, they are just understaffed by a company posting profits in millions.
