I visited the store interested on a adjustable split king size bed. John J Jaworowski , Sleep Professional in Middletown NY Galaria did a great job explaining everything to the T to my wife and i about the bed. I had many questions, John answered them all, and made sure we understood everything about the bed before we left the store. I didnt make my decision on the spot , thought about it and did more research on it and went back the next day to see John with more questions that John answered. Im very happy and satisfied with my purchase thanks to John professionalism. I recommend all to do your research and speak to a professional like John :) Thank you Sleep Number , #1.

It was a really great experience trying all the beds in store. John J was a fantastic salesperson who was very knowledgeable, thoughtful, kind and patient. I highly recommend him. I’m so glad he was there that day. I treated myself to a terrific new bed and some pillows. Check out the cooling pillowcase. It’s amazing. I look forward to the mattress delivery and many years of great sleep.

We found the sales people very friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of each number bed set. We tested four different number beds. We were able to see where our pressure points were and how it changed when we found the right comfort zone for each of us. We are looking forward to a fantastic night's sleep ahead. We highly recommend that people check out the Number Bed store at the Galleria Mall in Middletown, NY.

the best thing we ever did was buying a sleep number bed some 22 years ago, we had $ coming to us so we shopped for more pillows and covers. great job Nick.

Purchase my 360 bed on 2021,Don’t waste your money I regret making this extremely expensive purchase ,Not only does Sleep number does not stand for their product they also do not make the bed reliable. How is it that the bed I purchased started malfunctioning, right from the start. I should have trusted my gut and returned instead, I have a lemon for a bed. Sleep number should be ashamed of themselves!!! This is not a company I will not recommend!! Customer service is terrible, they have two customer service for the mattress and for the base. After two years, you are on your own, if the bed malfunction,it will cost you more money on top of the cost of the bed! They will say it’s rare, but it’s lies
