Personal thank you to Serena! 3 employees last week could not figure out how to use the online ShopRite gift card. One supervisor even told another associate to tell me, they only had the service at at Warwick location. Thank goodness I'd seen Serena around as I shop there often, and knew she probably could assit. I seen her counting out a register for the night and didnt want to bother her. But she kindly helped me and was able to check me out in less than 2 minutes!! Thank you ?

I visited ShopRite on route 211. While using the self-checkout, I heard a staff member laughing loudly. When I glanced over, she rudely remarked that she could laugh when my back was turned. I politely expressed my hope that she wasn't directing her comment at me, but she rolled her eyes in response. Feeling frustrated and exhausted from work, I requested to speak with a manager. After explaining the situation, the manager assured me that he would address it. It's clear that the staff could benefit from additional customer service training.

I love the staff that does the shop from home pickup service. They are always nice and have went out of their way to give me good service.

Geoffrey is a great asset to shoprite on 211 in Middletown ny, who was working as a cashier. He is supper patient and kind with the customers. His mannerisms were contagious and I too became more patient with the slower patron in front of me. I actually left in a happier mood.

I purchased these vitamins and 26 of 100 of them were broken . I'll be going back to Vitamin Shoppe where I usually buy them. Disappointed to say the very least.

Shop Rite has been my go to store for years. Im not happy with changes at the deli. Which may be corporate decisions. I used to like Shop Rite brand. Im not sure if where product is coming from was changed too but unhappy with Bowl and Basket products. Trying to get in the door is dangerous. People are turning to enter the parking lot, turning out of each lane and cars have come close to me numerous times. The second door is much safer but they took the handicapped parking away for pick up. Very few spots on the other side for large vehicles also an issue. A redesign of parking would be great. Also love the meat dept
