“Franks is amazing. first of all, if you've never had a proper fitting, that alone is a great experience. This was the 2nd time I visited Frank's. He saved my season last summer. I work on my feet all day. He fitted me with a pair of Hoya's and insoles that really changed my physical life. Then I visited in January to get a pair of hiking shoes. I was feeling a bit of buyer's remorse with the pair I went home with. I called a few days later. No questions asked. Frank said just bring them back. Just like that, I exchanged that first pair for another pair of Hoka hiking shoes that feel great every time I put them on. These have become my everyday day shoe for winter.”

Today I was back for Timberland casual boots not the work boots .I'm a 10 D and got lucky again. Sometimes the full range of sizing is not always on the shelves. Ask.”

“Decent selection of basics. I buy my son’s dress shoes, and sometimes winter boots, here. Small selection, but they even stock wide widths. Can’t beat kids’ shoes for under $20 since they’ll outgrow them in a few months. Good socks and laces too.”

“Had a great experience with a very nice young man and young woman who worked there they were the only two working and were extremely helpful picking out and sizing my daughter's shoes the store was very clean except for behind the entire register and you can see down the hallway into the storage room and there is boxes and garbage spilling out of the door and I couldn't even put the sneakers down on the register countertop because it was so piled up with empty hangers and empty boxes and plastic and other garbage. Not a very busy store so I didn't see how nobody would have time to just simply straighten up a little bit it almost looked like they just opened, and that wasn't the case but as for customer service it was fantastic just the overall appearance of the store wasn't really acceptable when I paid $100 for a 9-year-old's shoes”

“This store Perfect Shoes Plus is a true Gem with the craftmanship they provide. Both Lori and Adam are great to deal with.
When I was in a rush to get my Alpinestar SMX-Plus track boot off I tore the zipper. Lori replaced the whole zipper and re-enforced certain areas that makes the boot just as good as new! Money well spent!”
