a shockingly disappointing experience that does not earn any stars.
it’s unfortunate to visit a sephora, which is a makeup store franchise known for valuing its clients, going out of there way to hire good artist and individuals who have good customer service skills, to entering a sephora that offers the opposite of competent and the opposite of good customer service skills.
unfortunately, in visiting this sephora we were aghast by the lack of respect the workers exhibited towards us.
it’s something we never thought we’d experience at a makeup store like sephora.
a small sephora with two employees and yet it seemed as if they not only not wanted to be present, but they also failed to have an interest in providing their customers the respect and dignity deserved.
the sad part in all of this: there are so many wonderful, adept individuals who love working with others, have great makeup artistry skills, exceptional customer service skills, and are vastly more qualified than the staff present at this location.
we were horrified by the treatment, the lack of experience and customer service skills, and the attitude exhibited by jazmin, a staff member at this location.

Only my second time in a Sephora and I really had no idea what I products I should be looking for. Ali (one of the employees) was a major help and gave me a great walk through of proper skincare for guys and help me find out which products work best for me. Ali really made the whole process feel really approachable.

I went to Sephora for the 3rd time since it has been in kohls and I must say they never have enough help. Their store is clean, completely well stocked and pretty cool that they offer samples just disappointed there was only one girl working trying to help everyone.

Younger girl with long long nails rang me up rolled her eyes did not say hello at all , told me rudely I am putting in my email wrong on her keyboard which is slightly broken …. So much attitude how about smile and don’t look so miserable yeah retail sucks but it’s not my fault you’re miserable with your job .

The lip gloss testers have no applicator on them and all of their testers are empty. How am I supposed to see what color I want? The employee who is a child wasn't helpful. Don't waste your time here. There's one in JC Penney

The other weekend I came in to buy a few products for my upcoming vacation and the girl that helped me was extremely rude!!! She kept cutting me off and suggested her own favorites. She kept giving me her unprovoked opinions and made very passive aggressive remarks about my wrinkles. She was short with blonde hair. Please teach ur employees proper customer service because I went home HORRIFIED, and I don’t plan on stepping an inch of my toe in there AGAIN!!!!!

Finally a Sephora in this area. It's located inside of Kohls. Listen it's not as big as their stand alone stores but they offer everything that I needed. I was so happy that I was able to pick up my Fenty foundation. They have all their popular brand names available. The place was very clean and bright. It was really nice shopping here.

I ordered 4 items online for curbside pickup at 11am on 7/22/1. I waited 2hrs, I looked at my order and 2 items were canceled. As stated on online all orders are ready after 1 hour as long as it is 2hrs before closing for curbside pickup. I never received an email saying the 2 items were canceled until until 9:00pm that they were canceled. I just happened to notice it on my order status that they were canceled while seeing if there was an update. After 3.5hrs I went in person inside with my 3 kids to see if my other items happened to be ready, hopeful that it was a glitch. They were not ready, I told the lady to cancel my entire order as I didn’t really have the time to run back later and I needed the items that day. I finally received an email on 7/24/21 saying that my other 2 items were available to pickup. I had to call them to tell them that I had already canceled the entire order while I was there in person 2 days ago. This is the 2nd time I have ordered online from them and they canceled my order. The first time I ordered something the night before and they emailed me at noon the next day saying they didn’t have the item available.

One entrance/exit..for "our safety " and one section of registers opened. Over a 15 minute wait( according to their sign) and since they do not have fitting rooms opened( again safety)I'll have to go back to return the pants that are way too long. What a waste of time.!?
