I had the unfortunate event of my car being vandalized, which caused the need of having my windshield replaced. A technician came two days later, and under certain circumstances, my car was not able to be serviced. A lot of miscommunication occurred which left me losing time/money at work.
I give three stars because the technician William did a tremendous job on the installation of my windshield on my Volkswagen Golf.
The receptionist Mary was also a great help, in working with my busy schedule.
My recommendation to the company would be to require customers to take pictures of the damage prior to the appointment, so you're not sending out technicians who aren't able to fix the glass.

It was easy to set my appointment.I drove there on time For my appointment and drove my car. Get a call 90 minutes later and my windshield was fixed very quick.

These guys make it easy.. I'm averaging one windshield a year at this point and every time it happens I'm reminded of how much I appreciate their scheduling process, their drop off process, the updates via text message, and the quick around.

I had someone help me out with a "from this company and they received a" for $240.After the job was completed I had to pay $325.It was a job well done but I overpaid the "by well you do the math.

Came next day. Called when they got to the house. Did great job in replacing back window. Cleaned up all glass. Left key as requested. Text when job complete since it was not on the premise. Very happy with them

Above and beyond service!The windshield on my Subaru was done in under 30 minute and came out flawless. Then after leaving my car was not idling properly. Scott who had replaced my windshield went out of his way to bring my car back in, found and fixed the issue and saved me a tow trip to Subaru. I needed a small ding repaired on the front windshield of my truck, I made the appointment on line. and paid via their website. It took a whole 20 minutes for the repair.

I used to work here my boss and team where highly efficient and very careful with the glass handling.
