It was such a great experience! From the moment we stepped in. Carmine took care of us. He was so professional, polite and did an amazing job on my car. Most importantly, he paid attention to detail. I'm one of those who is meticulous about how the inspection/registration stickers are placed and they were perfect. While we were waiting for our vehicle, another worker I believe his name was Billy was very professional, and knowledgeable. He was very busy but assisted each customer with patience and excellent customer service. Well done Carmine and Billy. Thank you for your assistance!

Extremely impressed with this facility. I put my claim in directly through the website, they took care of everything with my insurance. The staff was extremely friendly and hardworking when I arrived. My vehicle was done very quickly and it was honestly like magic. I returned to a brand new windshield and all stickers/ez pass etc returned to the exact spots they were before. I haven’t been this impressed with the professionalism of a facility in a long time.

Very professional, courteous and informative staff. Waited less than an hour from the time I arrived to the time they finished replacing my windshield. Explained what they did and what I needed to do and not do for the next 2 days. Highly recommend them and their service.

Highly recommend! Made it so convenient. They came directly to my shop to repair two chips that had previously been repaired by someone else and did not hold up. If a new windshield is needed, they deduct what was paid today for the repairs.

Made insurance claim thru APP and made appointment for 11:00 AM. I got their 20 minutes earlier then windshield replacement was done in an hour. Very fast, clean and done right. No disappointment for anything. Very recommended!

I had a great experience with Safelite. John was the nicest and most professional manager I have met. I was so scared reason being my dad didn’t know I cracked my back windshield and I came straight here the next day and John got me in within a day and also gave me his card if there’s any issues to give him a call. Honestly such a sweet guy I really appreciated him that day! he needs a raise!

Recently dropped my truck off to have the windshield replaced. They were quick to get me in, and were able to get the windshield replaced the following day. Everything was done perfect and technician 01836-078 did a great job!!!! 5 stars!

My insurance company recommended this location to replace my Tesla model 3 windshield. When I picked the car up was told the humidity sensor broke and they didn’t have a replacement part, they would call when part arrived (no climate control in the vehicle until this part was replaced). Return for the sensor to be installed but this did not fix issue. After several hours of the technicians playing with it they finally said “we can’t do it, you’ll have to go to Tesla”. Tesla had the problem fixed in minutes. Save your time and go to Tesla directly this location lacks the training, knowledge, equipment and skill to preform proper repairs.
