I was expecting the bathroom to be kinda gross and not fully functional. What I wasn’t expecting was the terrible customer experience. The older lady making drinks not only took forever but then accused us — the only non-white customers — of not paying for our beverages. When we showed her a receipt showing we paid, she then pointed to a sign on her register as if we couldn’t read English. She then interrogated us instead of simply talking to her colleague at the register to verify we paid. All this over $10 in drinks. Terrible, terrible. Don’t come here.

The interior is usually pretty clean and I like their sandwiches, but the gas pumps need work! Every time I come here there are a ton of pumps that are out of service, issues with the key pads, etc. it’s so ridiculous.

Large gas station, with plenty of refreshments, snacks, frozen drinks, sodas, teas, hot and iced coffee, smoothies, bottled drinks. Order a sammich, wrap, soups, chili, salads, bagged ice, ice cream, candy, Grab & Go snacks.. members accumulate points towards free items.. weekly/monthly specials some free with membership card!! Made to order stuff!! Very good

I had appointment at the hospital and decided to stop for a sub Sandwich of Turkey and Swiss order #257 on 6/18. It's called Giants Sub. Hmmm, why!? It was bland tasting sub bread with processed tasteless mystery meat and cheese. Two round slices total with some lettuce and no tomato with very little mayonnaise. $10.00+ paid. I am disappointed in the noticable down fall of this location. Two customers even cancelled their orders. I should receive credit for another sandwich or something else. I am a long time customer of this location.

Never receipt paper in pumps. I have bad legs, but I need a receipt, citgo always has receipt paper in their pumps.

I get breakfast sandwiches here from time to time while filling my car. In recent times, the quality of the food has gone down. Today, I ordered a BLT, and it didn't have lettuce. I checked to make sure I put it in the order, and it's there. It took me about 10 sandwiches to write this. 10 out of 10 screwed up orders. I know these are minor things, but if they don't care about this, what else don't they care about.

Long time quick check customer here. Now a very disappointed one. Ordered a breakfast Sammie, paid and was waiting by the deli to pick it up. I watched the young lady behind the deli touch her nose with her hand repeatedly then reach to get my food without changing her glove or washing her hands.I said nothing, walked to the front, relayed the incident to the staff and requested a refund.“Do you have a problem sir?”, I looked and she had come to the front to argue with me, the customer. I said that I did and I was resolving it with the manager. She pressed again. She should be fired for health and customer service related issues.People in customer service roles need to treat others by the golden rule and they will receive the same respect.

Very nice, clean place to stop for gas and a bite to eat. The food is fresh and the service is efficient with pleasant employees. I will stop here again.

Traveler's review for gas only. If you are traveling from Canada or another country do not stop there for (inside prepaid) gas as they need a US zip code to accept your credit card. PIN not accepted here. ( same problem as pay at the pump ) but at the cashier inside to prepay your gas, I needed to wait 5 minutes in line to find out. Hard to believe in 2023. I have no problem with my card anywhere else in the USA, now that I know, I will be avoiding all QuickCheks in the future.
