DON'T BUY A CERTIFIED USED LEXUS HERE!!
DON'T DO IT - THE CAR WILL NOT BE IN GOOD CONDITION AND THEY WILL NOT DISCLOSE ALL MATERIAL FACTS ABOUT THE CONDITION OF THEIR CARS - The forms in iPACKETS misrepresent and/or do not include relevant information.
BUYER BEWARE. I purchased Aug 2024 and the car sat in need of repair for most of September only to have the issue reappear today less than 6 weeks after taking delivery.
They don't take of their vehicles and will sell you a car with known defects. This dealership is unethical and will waste your time with lies and incomplete documentation about known issues.
Critical safety issue: My FUEL DOOR opens randomly and has been "repaired" twice since I took delivery barely a month ago. They will steal your money and waste your time selling subpar vehicles.
Don't expect anyone to reach out with a solution once you purchase.

Orange County Lexus is a phenomenal dealership. They got the job done and got my wife and myself into a brand new is500. Our salesman Kevin was fantastic. He never at any point tried to pressure us or sneak in any hidden fees or costs like some other dealerships. The manager Mike was also a man of his word. This is the type of treatment you expect when you enter a luxury dealership. This is my first lexus but will certainly not be my last. Can't say enough good things about Orange County and the staff.

Love Lexus but my car wash wasn't good at all. The car was dripping wet. I w impressed. If you offer to wash the car, dry it too.
