I only went for NYS Vehicle Inspection, however my experience was 5 stars! They took me right away and I sat in a pleasant waiting room with free WiFi. They were extremely cordial and welcoming and the turnaround time was fast. I’m not from the area, so I first went to a Mavis and a Firestone but they couldn’t schedule me for a week! I saw Pepe’s mechanics talking with other customers while there and noticed what personal, attentive service was given.

Very honest shop ,my niece broke down on 84 went to pepes auto service sent her to dealer for recall no charge for looking at car thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
