They are horrible. My car was towed and picked up within 20 hours. Yet I was charged for two days when I occupied the lot for less than 24 hours. I highly recommend you do not use.Service: Car towing

If I could give you guys ZERO REVIEWS I WOULD!!! The receptionist lady is disrespectful and needs a lesson in customer service! It’s disgusting how we were treated! She hung up the phone in our face because she got frustrated and couldn’t provide us the right information from a company she works at!

Pat’ Towing services They are a ripoff with there towing prices, I won't recommend them to anyone. I was charge by the tow truck guys $203.28 cash for 1.2 miles. don't use them for anything. They overcharge people!

Im not bashing all of the drivers at Pat's towing because I know 2 of them and they are awesome guys. But there is one driver who came down my road the other day in a Ford Rollback doing 65mph in a 30mph zone. Then I'm out and about driving around Newburgh and see same driver in same truck with a car on the deck zipping around corners like he is a nascar driver... these tow truck drivers are suppose to be professional drivers and making the real good drivers an companies look bad!

They towed my daughters car illegally, then when she tried to get the car back after they towed it they told her she had to pick it up the following day, they charged 400$ and it had to be cash, wondering what there trying avoid!! Oh maybe taxes!! After picking up the car from them we see oil pouring out of the car, I called and spoke with someone lady that was very rude and nasty, told her that the car was damaged. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!!! Good thing we have on video...
