My boyfriend, his taxi through the car wash and the machine inside the car wash broke the back window. They said they are not reliable and it’s not their fault. That’s the back window was broken. We’ve been going to this car wash for years and have bought the unlimited membership for years and this is how they treat their loyal customers. Membership canceled good job!

I'd give it 3 stars because of the free vacuum, but it wasn't even a good car wash, more like a rinser, and either they only wash the left side of my car or their dryer is not good. I needed to finish the job myself because they left water stains all over. Don't be greedy, pay the extra for a good car wash but not here.

BAIT AND SWITCH. The kiosk where you pay says free unlimited vacuuming. Except they don’t have a vacuum. And when you ask, the employees laugh at you. The main reason to wash my car was to get the dog hair out of the carpet. 20 bucks later I got nothing. Never coming back.

Won’t be coming here again. The Rims never get cleaned when it’s part of the package, I find scratches on my car after the car wash and most recently my rear windshield wiper broke due to this car wash. If you care about your car, find a different car wash

Been going to this car wash for years. Love the people that work there. They are awesome. My complaint is everything is broken . Hardly any soap awful dry off at the end your vehicle looks awful. I work in customer service so it’s gotta be bad for me to complain!!

It was a good car wash for the price! It’s a great concept of just driving through. In the city you wait on a long line and pay a lot to get the car as clean as Wallkill car wash. Got all the salt off my car. Would recommend to anyone in area.

Waited in line for a long time only to be turned away as we were about to pay. The worker told us our car was too wide. Meanwhile there were multiple cars of the same width going through in front of us no problem.

I hate to give only 1 star to any business but this Place gets worse and worse every time I go through. Amongst the many things that haven't actually worked , Today the first rotating scrubber for the hood/windshield/roof did not even make contact with my car until the roof. It completely missed my hood and windshield. The last large rotating drying mechanism at least used to make contact from midway on my windshield , today it didn't even drop at all.Out of curiosity to the owner...will you ever make any repairs or are just going to keep running til nothing works?

They were very helpful in explaining to me how the machine works and it's impossible for car damage on your car. I was worried about some marks on my car. They were very understanding and professional and answered my questions. The marks didn't come from their machines. I respect them for clearing my worries. Great place to do business there.
