Brought my vacuum in to be repaired. Had already brought it somewhere else and it still wasn't working. The man there was very nice and tried to figure out a way to repair it. When he couldn't because it would be more expensive than a new one he didn't even charge me for the time he spent. I appreciated his consideration and honesty.

You need to change your hours on your post ! Only open till 4pm on Saturday .... it says 10-6 Saturday ...... I arrived at 5pm and was very upset it was not open :(
