This is my third loan with OMF. I just worked with Laura McQuade from the Middletown (NY) branch. We closed virtually and she was the nicest and most sincere representative. Really a terrific experience.

Horrible had me waiting for 3 days for no reason had a problem running credit and never called back I had to call them back to find out they had a problem ? just holding me up if people need to barrow money it's usually in a timely fashion they need it Now! They been offering me loans for years like 5 or more I go to give them a try and they Suck at their jobs Middletown Ny office to be exact giving excuses about STAFFING HELLO THE WHOLE STATE MAYBE THE COUNTRY HAS STAFFING ISSUES

Online loan application is very easy and the loan specialists will speak to you on the phone and explain the whole process thoroughly and are available any time in case you have questions that are not answered during the loan process. I you are looking for either a small secured or unsecured loan I would highly recommend trying them out. Very fast and professional! The rates were competitive with other lenders on line and I. The Middletown area.

Don’t go to the Middletown branch. When Peter J. Doubrava doesn’t hear what he wants he gets very rude and disrespectful I’m surprised he’s not fired yet he makes me feel very uncomfortable to the point I’m scared to call the branch so I call the customer service hotline number. He gets loud and cuts you off. I can go on forever with all the disrespect he has done to me it’s very sad. I only put one star just to be able to post that branch doesn’t deserve any stars

Everyone was so very helpful and understanding. They made everything go smooth and they were extremely helpful, friendly, informative and very professional. I can’t say enough about the staff. Worked with company in the past to consolidate payments and paid my loan in good standards. No trying for a second time I started the process on Wednesday then made it so hard to get them the paper work they wanted then an agent said looks like we have many options for you so I picked my loan after 10 calls and 5 days later I had to keep calling to aske what was going I finally get someone who said so cant approve your loan. Worst company tomany people involved thanks for nothingJack Paccione
