Not sure if under new management but they have changed so much the staff is still good it’s just they haven’t really had a lot of my mom’s medication and that’s a big conflict for us otherwise we just shop there!!

I left big chain commercial pharmacies for the corner drugstore feel of Neighborx. I remember the warm smile on Rory's face when he first opened it. That was many years ago. Today that same warm welcoming smile is found immediately upon the face of everyone behind the counter. Prices have always been fair and the service always prompt. I have never run into a problem with my medication not being available. That is my biggest complaint about large "chain store pharmacies. They supply an array of items quite similar to the old mom-and-pop corner store of yesteryear. As well as many popularly sought-after essential oils scents.;

I went into the store to purchase eye drops and solicited the advice of the pharmacist. She was very nice and made a recommendation. However, I could not use them because they burned my eyes and caused much discomfort and pain. I tried to return them the next time I went in to pick up a prescription and was told they could not take them back because I had opened them. How would I know if I didn't try them? Really? You are going to lose one entire family of customers over $6. Did you ever hear of returning them to the manufacture? Or absorbing the expense in order to do the right thing? This policy exhibits a complete disconnect, both from the people responsible for keeping your doors open (your customers) and from common sense.
