Getting a storage unit last minute and after business hours was extremely easy and convenient by being able to do everything online. The units and property are clean and well maintained. Jeanne in the office is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond for customers. Easy online payments and access to rental documents. I'm extremely happy that I chose Columbia Self Storage!

Manager is excellent! Always in office when scheduled, ontop of things, smooth and timely transition switching lockers and accounts no billing issues.

I am a long time customer of Columbia Storage, and I have to say this. Jeanie is awesome, she goes above and beyond her duties. I've met her one time in person and now I talk to her on the phone. We talk to each other just we are sisters. She has helped me in ways that even she doesn't know. Thank you Jeanie for being who you are. Stay true. She deserves a raise and high praises for her loyalty and commitment to her job. Well deserved.

You're always in the best of care with Columbia Self Storage. Their properties are well maintained, and you'll always get great customer service. The property manager is a phenomenal hardworking lady. She is very approachable, friendly, professional, and caring. She's dedicated to giving great customer service. I love doing business with this company. The rates for each storage size are reasonably priced. The facility has both outdoor and indoor storage rooms. The indoor is climate controlled which is what I have. You can't go wrong here. It's worth the investment to rent from Columbia Storage Group.
