I went to the dealership in January 2023 looking for a used car, but ended up interested in a new 2023 SEL R LINE ATLAS. My husband and I recently received the exciting news we are expecting our first child and decided we needed a bigger and safer car. The exact one I wanted was not in stock yet. I was told the car would be in between Feb 14 - Feb 18. I agreed to wait the month because I was very interested in this specific car as it was perfect for our expanding family. We asked that day if we needed a deposit and were told no. The car came in a few days early and the salesman sent some photos, we set the date for Tuesday February 14 to come at 5p to do one final test drive and talk to the finance department. Unfortunately we had to change the date to February 16 at 5p. I then inquired AGAIN if we would need a deposit and the question was not really answered. Fast forward to the day of February 16... I received a text message from the salesman at 12:30p that they sold the car that morning. I was very upset. I called the dealership to speak with anyone to confirm it was sold and we had the correct information. The car was in fact sold. I did ask to speak with someone so this does not happen to anyone else and see what else was coming into their dealership. The manager was condescending and honestly did not seem to care, it was a "too bad so sad" kind of conversation. I asked him if he had another one coming in and he stated they did not, they were hard for any dealership to get in and basically good luck to me and we hung up. I then contact two other local dealerships (Kingston, NY and Wappingers Falls, NY) who had exactly what I wanted in several different colors. I would NEVER use this dealership or refer them to anyone else! It seems they're too small to interact and get cars in from other dealerships as well as have common curtesy and respect for people, I do not feel they took me seriously. Good luck to anyone who chooses this dealership and I hope your experience is better then ours.

We have been taking our cars here for about 2 years and never really had a problem with the service department, but ever since we started dealing with Ryan, we have been confident bringing our cars there, we feel we can really trust him being honest. He is such a pleasure to deal with, very honest with his answers to our questions (he doesn't give information that he guessed at), and explains everything thoroughly. He's a great plus to the service department.

Thank you ,Keith for getting me out within the time I needed it so my wife could travel to Nj as she needed for work. You were and are a amazing Service consultant . If I was still in the business I would hire you in a heartbeat. In my opinion you, Should be be manager and not Rick (supposedly I was lied to and that's not his nAme!!!!) . I've been in the business for over 20 years as a advisor and svc manager and you are top notch!!!!!! You should be manager and not Rick .. all he wanted to do was complain and blame his shop. As a manager you take the blame and don't make excuses for your shop! You were hired a a svc manager for a reason but once you start blaming the company (for not having enough loaners ,etc) and the shop for being slow , you are clearly blame . Maybe it's time to go back to school and learn mgmt 101 .

What a disappointment! When I brought my Tiguan in for its first service, I found that the mechanic rotated my directional tires and then left two of them so they were backwards!! Duh, and they say they sell tires there??Unfortunately, I did not check in my trunk to see that the same mechanic took out my wheel lock key and never returned it. Then when I called three times to get it returned, "Jeff" told us that we did not need it and never offered to pay me for a new set since, he had no idea where the mechanic put it. In addition, the mechanic left off the cover when he checked the fluidfor my a/c. Now, I also have to spend $20 for a new cover. Careless service.

Brought my car in for the synthetic oil change special and tire rotation on 12/26/18. They told me they rotated my tires and charged me for doing so. Little did they know that I chalked the tires before I arrived and I was able to prove to them that they did not rotate my tires and they were just ripping me off. Never going back. Wish I could give them zero stars.
