I've been recommended to use Middletown pharmacy from a close friend. The first time I've used this pharmacy, which has been the only time thus far, was the exact experience that their profile explains and claims to be. I was there at the time of opening, and had quite a large amount of prescriptions to be filled which also had been called in late the night before. Not only were they filled rather quickly but they also had in stock two medications that are hard to find, one being a brand name medication that's extremely difficult to find at even large corporation pharmacies. So from this first experience I have had a spectacular great impression.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for years and never once had a problem but they have this new girl and talk about being rude. I would say in the past few months it's getting worse and worse. I don't know who owns this place but maybe they need to listen to the public because I read the reviews and I see there is something not right. It's a shame that I'm gonna have to go to one of those pharmacies that don't care. It's really sad every since George left

For years and years, slow and understaffed. Dirty. Overpriced. Blasting VILE Fox "news" for slow moving old pharmacist who will take his time doing things. Order 30 day script. 3 out of 4 times you will get 10 and have to come back. The only reason I go there is because my father-in-law who is very old, insists that his one very common medication comes from here for reasons I know are completely irrational. If they were the only pharmacy in Middletown and I had to drive 50 miles each way to go someplace else, I would without hesitation. This place stinks. It has for MANY years, probably longer, I have just been forced to go here against my better judgement for the past 4-5 years.

Great pharmacy! Always get my meds with free delivery & its so much easier that way as I'd have to walk or call a cab so I save money. So glad I got my scripts out of Rite Aide as they are so slow. I could do my whole shopping order & go back & my meds wouldn't be ready. Small town pharmacies go the extra mile! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I live in MD and have had to unexpectedly visit my in laws who live in NY for a few months. Last year I had a controlled medication filled by this pharmacy twice, without any problems. However, I am now being told that because I live out of state, they are no longer able to fill my prescription.Why is it that I was able to fill this medication TWICE last year, knowing I live in a different state, but now it is not an option. The only explanation I have received contradicts the actions this pharmacy has taken in the past, which is simply unprofessional.

The staff at Middletown Pharmacy is by far the most helpful courteous group of people around. No matter the reason they go above and beyond to make sure my family has everything they need, from our monthly medications to flu shots to prescriptions when my family are sick. The ladies at the counter are so helpful with insurance issues and making sure the doctors office get the prescriptions called in promptly. I tell everyone I know to go see the best staff around at the Middletown Pharmacy.

Pharmacist Mike is extremely rude and yelled at me - wouldn't fill my anti nausea drug after being a customer for over 10 years because I was 1 day early. Literally yelled at me and lied to try to manipulate me.
