The dealership was supposedly taken over by new management, if that's true what a freakin mistake,these idiots have NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING!! Sold us a car WITH A HIDDEN PROBLEM THAT THEY KNEW ABOUT and then refused to deal with it. A car with NO BACK SEAT- they hid it under a huge box and when we got home and discovered the problem we called them ( when the phone is even answered...) they send you to voice mails that are not even set up. When you leave messages they do not return calls. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM- the better business bureau was contacted this morning and now they are involved. What a circus, DO NOT PATRONIZE!!!

Stephen in Sales was there for me every step of the way buying a used Mazda. He texted me a tentative PO in advance so there would be no surprises -- I was driving a long way, hoping to see the car and take it home all in one trip, and he made it happen! Compass handled the insurance, financing, and out-of-state registration for me, great customer service.

We bought a CX5 from this dealership under a year ago (our first new car), and recently learned it came with factory tires that are bald and dangerous and only last for 15,000 miles. The car cost $40,000 and the dealership has said the warranty does not include tires, and there is nothing they can do. Twice over the winter we lost control of the car and almost got in an accident. When I spoke with Joe, the sales manager. he was extremely rude and said repeatedly "Talk to Mazda" - taking no responsibility for the fact that THEY are the ones selling brand new cars at a hefty price tag with dangerous tires, and not telling people ahead of time that they're going to need new tires. Nor are they willing to give any kind of compensation for those tires later on. I wish they had just been honest from the start, instead of selling a car that we imagined would be safe. Thank God nothing happened and thank God our son was not in the car with us. We won't be going back there for anything.

Unfortunately, the service after the sale has been subpar to say the least. The salesman was awesome. However, it's been almost three months since I bought the car and I still don't have the registration or title. I've emailed and called. I had to wait over an hour on the phone with the DMV for them to tell me that Compass hasn't submitted what they need to submit. When I contacted Compass they told me it was the way my insurance company listed my name. However, I've bought three cars since From two other dealerships and I have what I need. I am hoping that Compass will do what they are supposed to do and finish the entire sale process.

I'd give this 10 stars if I could. The entire purchase process of my 21 Cx-5 was so easy and seamless. I live about an hour away, I didn't want to drive, then have them appraise it, then make a deal then drive home. Wait a few days then drive back. Justin ,the sales rep, was fantastic. Answered very promptly to all my emails, even at 9:00 PM. Never once I felt that pushy sales guy vibe, or gave me that "I have two people interested, I need an answer today" talk. He literally helped me do every single thing virtually. From the credit application, send photos of my trade, to the insurance. I literally made one single trip. Trade my car in, and picked up my new one. When I got there, First thing he did was help me set up my remote start, showed me the functionally of the mobile app, then brought me to my new car, showed all the important features and how to adjust them. After I was situated, he then introduced me to Richard, the finance guy, he was beyond fantastic,a straight forward guy, explained all the numbers clearly, had everything written up and was extremely organized. He explained throughly the packages they do offer, he was not once pushy with getting all their coverages. He asked what would be my lifestyle with my new car and matched the coverage which best fits it. Once the paper work was done and signed, Justin completed prepping my new car and i left! I was blown away with the entire process. I was so thrilled to get my new car, and they worked very hard to make it happen. I really appreciate all their hard work. My partner was apart of this process and he was so surprised and loved their process, we went back and bought another Mazda CX-5 from them!

Every time we take our Mazda3 in for service, they do work we didn't ask for, tell us about it afterwards, and than charge through the roof for work we didn't ask for let alone knew we needed. And if they do tell us a price beforehand, they conveniently leave out the labor price, and labor turns out to be way more than the price for just the parts they originally told us about and are overcharging for.

When I called on Wednesday June 26, Mercedes answered the phone giving advice on the phone, it seems she doesn't know what she is talking about them she puts on the service manager on the phone so had an attitude, and said to me what do on want me to do about it. I called back and spoke with Matthew who was yesing me, he told me he was getting in touch with you to call me back. I never heard from you. My car never was serviced by any mechanic I only had state inspections by a service station. My car never needed an repair until know. This seems to be a manufacturers defective, and Mazda doesn't want to be responsible. My car has little mileage and is seldom used. I do not appreciate the way I was treated to or the way this was handled.

I was a customer for six years with Compass. I leased two CX5s with them and serviced them there as well. Recently I returned to purchase a new CX5 and came to what I thought was a good deal with the salesman and his manager. I informed them that I was leaving to discuss with my wife and I would advise them of my decision in an hour or so. I called back 30 minutes later and countered at 300 dollars less. The salesman checked with his manager who called me back 10 minutes later. Not only did he not accept my counteroffer he advised me he could not sell me the car at our previously agreed upon price. In fact it was 900 dollars more than we originally agreed. Needless to say I walked away from that offer and instead went to Wayne Mazda who bested Compass by 1400 dollars plus I get free oil changes for the life of the vehicle. I will never set foot in Compass again. Also, all my attempts to contact management to vent my disappointment were ignored. Look elsewhere for your Mazda's.

Had a recall on my vehicle and although the parts were back ordered they managed to get it and fix the recall in less than a week. The turn around was quick and they also complimentarily washes and vacuumed my car. They were prompt, professional and super helpful. The best dealership experience I've ever had.

I purchased my Mazda CX-5 three years ago and have had all my service for the vehicle done here. I love dealing with Jeff in the service department. He is friendly, kind and takes great care to explain what needs to be done to the vehicle. When something unexpected pops up he explains thoroughly and found me the best deal. I always wait when I have service done and the area is comfortable with free WiFi. Very happy with my experiences here and will certainly consider them first when it's time for a new vehicle.

I purchased a car here recently, Jamal was my salesman. I found it to be a good experience - my questions were answered clearly, I was given ample opportunity to ask questions, I didn't feel pushed into anything sales-wise which is something I think a lot of people feel intimidated by with big purchases like this. The color and trim vehicle I wanted wasn't in their inventory so my salesman located it at another dealership and I had it in less than 2 days. The entire process was pretty quick and easy. I have not yet returned for any maintenance etc so if necessary I'll update my review then, but for now I can safely say I'm happy I chose this dealership for my new car, which is really gorgeous and runs great :)

every time I leave that place i leave angry and frustrated...First off my salesman did not turn in my window sticker to my insurance company like I was told he would do - I ended up having to take my car somewhere to have pictures taken of it and found out I didn't have collision on my car for a period of time. when I called to complain I was told, "this is a common mistake and as long as everything is ok now - it shouldn't be a big deal". no apologies at all no sympathy. IT WAS BIG DEAL TO ME! another time I waited for 2.5 hours for a scheduled, by appointment, oil change - when asked what was going on the guy told me "we are understaffed". I completely understand understaffing I do not understand why this was not communicated to me upon arrival. I would have had someone come pick me up and driven me back later. third time I made an appointment for a detailing service and an oil change. well the man who scheduled me never put in the detail service and so that didn't get done - which was very disappointing! it's hard to find time during the week to get things like this done! so now I have to go another day. I end up leaving extremely frustrated every time I have to deal with this place. I love my car and it's a lease so I am unfortunately stuck going back there.

spent a lot of money here on maintenance and repairs for a 10 year old vw. when i asked why they couldn't diagnose a partiuclar problem correctly after my 6th time back fo the same issue the owner told that i just needed to buy a new car and it wasn't going to last forever. brought it to a different mechanic and they brought me into the bay to show me the TAPE that was used as well as as several installations that were cracked and jostled other parts and caused more damage than they had repaired. i work with four other people who used to use their service department and had endless problems. oh and i just bought a new car and the vw STILL runs just fine thanks to my amazing Volkswagen mechanic in Montgomery.

Excellent customer service! I live closer to another Mazda dealer but Jeff and his team at Compass are top notch. Would highly recommend!
