Chris and crew diagnosed my car properly and realized there was no problem with my car. I was told my alternator needed to be replaced from a different place but come to find out there was not a problem at all. Chris and crew gave me the right information and ran me through how they came to this conclusion. Great group of people working here who know what they are doing.

They overcharged me. They overcharged my insurance company. They lied to me about how long it took. They lied to me about the quality of parts that they installed. They rummaged through my car stole my Cologne out of my car. They didn't put the wheel. Well, cover back on my car. So now my oil filter, my belt and my other moving parts are exposed.
I caught the owner in multiple lies I wouldn't trust them with a lawn more.

I drove to Middletown Auto Repair and Service during my lunch hour and I shared with the owner Chris my story about the dealership I bought my car from trying to charge me near a thousand dollars for a chewed off wire and the dealer told me an animal chewed my wires, Chris was kind honest and fair for several hundred less then what the dealer was charging and by 4:00pm the same day, with an offer to drive me back to work, I was picking up my car, which had no trace of an animal chewing on the wires. I would recommend, trust and go back to Middletown Auto Repair and Service for all my vehicles.

My back was against the wall after Monro on Dolson screwed me over last minute and didn't honor my oil change/inspection appointment. Chris got me serviced right away and quelled my concerns. I definitely recommend Middletown Auto Repair!

Don't stop here. Chris wanted $90 to have my crank sensor replaced, One screw, five min job. I thought a $20 would be fair, the cost of the tool if I DIY. I gave the Baby Boomer $60, so I could get my car from his garage held hostage, religious cult propaganda to read while l waited. I'm guessing he's also a trump cultist too. Nice upfront, but then azhole. Make your money Chris, but be a good neighbor and help out too, you failed that, and your neighbors know, they all leave bad reviews of your shop, so you have to take what you can," sad". Don't stop here.
EDIT. All of the owners responses are identical, WE always ask for charity it's his Mode de operandi, like him always asking for CASH ONLY to avoid paying tax, because he's a fair guy , pay your share it's not charity Chris ! You called me a psychopath. Your Abraham heard voices in his head, went up the mnt. to kill his kid. He needed Science to create his medication for his schizophrenia yet you think I need meds, Ok boomer.

Rip off, prices are crazy went to a known shop had great experience, 1/2 the price .Their reviews they answer back on social media. Is horrible responses to customers, blame customer doesn't take responsibility.Owner smooth talker will they rip you off unnecessary diagnosis if vehicles , $ 140.00 in case ????????mechanics are obnoxious.

Very happy with their service. Chris and his staff are welcoming, reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Took my classic 1977 Ford Maverick and she was very well taken cared of. On a trip from Virginia to Maine my Compressor failed 6 miles from Chris's Garage. Chris was extremely helpful and quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. My travel schedule dictated that I rent a car to continue my travels. During the week I was gone Chris found a better replacement part for less money.He has my vote of confidence!Service: Auto A/C replacement
