I had an exceptional experience at Metro Mattress in Middletown. Eric was extremely knowledgeable, no pressure, and incredibly cordial; and I know I walked away with the best offer possible. I visited 5 other mattress stores after working with Eric to ensure I was choosing the right mattress at the best price and walked out of each of the other stores 110% convinced that I was buying my new Beautyrest Mattress from the right person and store. Don't bother going anywhere else and wasting your time as I did initially. Weds-Sun are his days, go see Eric, you will not be disappointed!!!

Highly recommended! Eric is very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained differences in all the mattresses. Got us what we wanted. Made sure we were happy when we walked out. If you need a mattress go see Eric he’s the best!!

I was told my mattress would arrive on 10/9, after I already applied for credit and made my purchase. I needed the mattress by 10/5 and vocalized this but no offer to cancel the order was given after I had my credit ran for nothing. It is now 10/8 and I'm receiving a call stating there is a delay due the hurricane when I was told the mattress was being shipped from Connecticut. I just called the store to attempt to get some clarity and no support was offered. Awful customer service and poor communication. Please get a mattress elsewhere that's actually reliable and honest from the start.

Sitting home without a mattress. This is the third day delivery has been promised and was cancelled without a call to us. Gentlemen in the store was very kind but there seems to be a huge disconnect between the store and the outside delivery company
