Do NOT deal with Metro Mattress Middletown NY store. I was told I was getting an adjustable base with a slew of features, except when the base arrived, it had none of the ‘premium’ features, as a matter of fact, one of the basic features wasn’t even working. Dakota, the regional manager is a full-fledged liar. Other sales reps are super nice but unfortunately are bound by the liar in chief Dakota.

We were looking for a specific mattress that was out of stock. They took the time to understand our mattress preferences and show us alternatives that were in stock. We eventually ordered the out stock one from them and had it shipped directly to our house.Both the manager and sales rep where very knowledgeable and friendly and went out of their way to pull mattresses from a rack to let us try them...repeatedly!Great buying experience all around.

Was shopping around a few different stores in the area for a new bed for my son. Stumbled upon Metro and met Eric and I have to say it was such a pleasant and easy experience. Eric went above and beyond to make sure he got me the most comfortable mattress for the best deal.
