The sale prices were great. I went in there for a king size mattress. I got one that was originally 2k and it was on sale for 700 . The mattress , box spring , and mattress protector along with deliver , came out to Hal of what the mattress alone cost . Gary was also a great salesman . Talked me through how things were going to go and was just a good person overall

It was a good experience as He answered telephone minutes after opening, placed my order and text me for a payment. However online said15% saving that he didn’t offer. I had to ask and then he gave it to me. Always be diligent as people are not always forthcoming. Hopefully my product ordered will be a 5 star.

Delivery came as scheduled within the two hour window, set up was fast and very friendly, will purchase again.

Joan is the best sales person there, she navigated us to the best mattress we have ever owned and with the most precise expertise imaginable. If she isn’t the manager she definitely should be. She was very open and clear about everything if every sales person was like her the process of buying something wouldn't be such a headache

I’ve had the worst experience dealing with mattress firm. I had issues with an online order and then in store I went to change things and I can say the sales person was very helpful and I thought things were great until it came time for delivery. Was told my delivery would be on a certain date and time and that arrived and I have no bed. I’m being told I have to now wait two more days to receive my mattress. This whole experience has sucked and in the future I will never go to them for anything nor would I suggest anyone else go there. This has been so stressful.
