I couldn't be happier with the service I received today from institution. The attendant was polite, very friendly, and went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was satisfied. He was very patient and courteous. I will always recommend people use their services.

Rude grown old man who was not helpful. I explained that I was here to ship internationally and needed help. The man seemed frustrated on how to support. He said why should he help the company is receiving all the money. I was there to box my own stuff but once he said I’m not comprehending. I had to read him. Not the place to ship from. This guy is an older and heavy with a beard. Horrible I went to the city for DHL support

Great service. Shipped a large package FedEx and it arrived early with no issues. At the same time I was able to take care of the USPS media mail package, which also arrived early. Got receipts with tracking info when I shipped the packages. A day later, I also got emails with the tracking info for each. Shipping here was quick and convenient. Especially being able to take care of the FedEx and USPS at the same time.

Staff was friendly, prices were more than double the price of going to a actually ups store or fedex location, weight was also off by about a pound when my package was weighed.

Call to inquire about the hours of operation on Saturday , February 29 . Joe answer the phone : He was very engaged and professional. Upon my arrival he acknowledge me and a corporate warmth and approach was present during my visit . I highly recommend this organization.
