What a pity to express myself like this but they have very bad service, no one asks what you are looking for and none of the employees even look around, more time is wasted looking for them and the same thing happens when they don't have employees in the houses, we don't all understand those pieces of machines that are being done. With that, customers are lost and also give work to more staff, speak both languages and also in the interviews in the morning, they are going to start working, tell them that they are not ashamed to speak Spanish, yes, this helps them so that the store prospers, I put in practice don't lose clientsThank you

Usually a good experience.Update on Lowes. Bought a dishwasher here on 12/2/23. They told me delivery and installation would be within two weeks. A month went by and nada! Called the store a total of 36 times trying to find out what happened. Mostly the phone wasn't answered (customer service) or I was told it was being processed. Finally I stormed up there (Middletown) to see what was going on. Was told they had lost the order. I had already paid in full for the whole thing.I canceled the order, went to Appliance City and had the product delivered and installed in 5 days.Done with Lowe's. Completely unresponsive and uncaring.Grade F.

Do not purchase an appliance from here. I trusted Lowes with an install of a new stove after my home was damaged with major water damage. After the water damage, I returned to a home with brand new floors - it was quite exciting! I then purchased a stove from Lowes and the third party installers they hired put a huge gash in these brand new floors. Lowes refuses to rectify the situation - I've called the customer install line numerous times, never being able to get through to a manager. The best they could do is a $100 gift card. I trusted Lowes to get the job done efficiently and effectively, and I'm left with a huge gash in my new floor that they feel $100 will take care of.Unacceptable. To fix this portion of floor will require all surrounding flooring to be cut up and replaced. Absolutely not. They refuse to put me through with a manager. I'm appalled and will not return here for business.

I use to enjoy shopping at this Lowe’s unfortunately management is terrible… they keep hiring new employees and getting rid off the good ones…We buy quite a lot, since we are a big construction company…Every time I have to return something I got a really bad attitude from some employees. I asked for the manager and she refused. After insisting for a while the manager showed up and insisted of trying to resolve the issue, just make it worse. I ended up going to a different Lowe’s and they solve the issue in less than 5 minutes

My husband and I just purchased all of our kitchen appliances from Michael at the Lowe’s in Middletown. He was so patient and attentive and helped us through everything. We originally had a completely different brand and color scheme planned out but due to manufacturers back order and the unavailability of color he helped us switch to a better brand, which also saved us a bunch of money we were anticipating on spending(wooohoooo!).Michael, thank you for your help and patience, you were amazing and we are so grateful for your help this evening! We highly recommend Michael for all your appliance needs, you will not be disappointed! :)

My husband bought me a new dryer and on the morning of the scheduled delivery he received an email that they were unable to deliver it. He called the store and they didn’t know why and directed him to their delivery company. The delivery company told him they were supposed to be able to get the dryer from another store and were not able to. There was a week from the time we purchased it until the scheduled delivery but they waited until a few hours before the time frame to notify us. Now we have to go to the store for a refund. This is not the first time this has happened but it will be the last because I’ll be purchasing appliances elsewhere.

Do not buy from Lowes if they have to deliver and install. They are not reliable. Your order status will show as delivered but you do not have the item..Forget trying to call the store they keep putting you on hold.

You can buy almost anything here. They also can make key copies which is very helpful or use their key kiosk if you order. Be aware there is no way to tap and pay, I only had my phone so couldn't pay- great thing my sister was 1 aisle over from check out and came and let me use her card. Make sure to have a physical card - no apple pay, samsung wallet etc.
