I purchased some items , can’t locate the receipt but need to purchase some other small things. No where is the policy on return or exchange displayed in the store that will not even give a credit for less than $30 worth of items. Corporate suggests you read online before going into store to know their return policy. I will stick with Home Depot this day forward

My mother in law bought a range from Lowes after two months of waiting to have it installed she decided to have them come and take it back it was picked up over a month ago she was to get her deposit of $600 back after going back and forth through all the different channels instead of getting her deposit she was given a bill for $2100 everyday it’s a different story why she can’t have her money in her account think the time to keep talking to Lowe’s is over very poor customer service buyers beware

My mother doing a renovation on her bathroom awhile back ordered the tub from Lowe’s waited over a month to get the tub delivered not until she decided to call the bank and canceled the order before the tub showed up.. despite that she decided to give them the opportunity to redeem themselves but true to form same old Lowe’s Middletown we ordered a gas cook top paid for the installation on 04/08 took almost three weeks before it showed up waiting on the installation with two different dates set which as a result she canceled her doctors appointment to accommodate then no one showed up and better yet even called to say they weren’t coming with two out of two definitely one hundred percent Home Depot from now on and will be calling the bank to stop payment so they can come get it out of our house we should charge for storage,

I would give zero stars if possible. During a heatwave I ordered an air conditioner unit online (per website it was in stock) and set up delivery. Two hours before scheduled delivery I received a phonecall from Lowe's and was told they cannot deliver the air conditioner because "it is no longer in stock and they don't know when it will be in stock again." Apparently they sold my air conditioner to someone else before they were supposed to deliver to me. That's how they treat their customers? Buyer beware.

While standing in line to do a return I watched a Lowe's employee, Michelle, help 5 people, going all over the store. She approached me asking if she could help me, walked the parking lot to find a flat cart for me and brought the cart to me. 2 other employees appeared and put my items onto the cart & brought them into the store and I again saw Michelle helping customers. She went above & beyond to help me when others didn't and she continued helping others throughout the store. Other employees should model themselves and their work ethic after Michelle! Pleasant experience BECAUSE OF MICHELLE!

Went shopping for a griddle. Michael was super nice and pretty helpful. The hardware is still never in the right bins, but the people are all friendly.
