On Saturday, February 10, my fiancé and I visited Lowes Home Improvement at The Galleria. We had a range, dishwasher, and refrigerator that we wanted to buy. Several workers kept responding, "It's not my dept." until an appliance department associate was flagged down, which took forty-five minutes. Eventually, Michelle reluctantly emerged to play with the toddlers. The level of incompetence displayed by this associate is astounding. In my opinion, Lowes Home Improvement should prioritize employing qualified salespeople when it comes to selling large-ticket items, as salespeople like Michelle are insufficient in this regard.

Poor customer service with crap product that they want to sell but not stand behind. $25 smart bulb went bad in a month and I can't return it because I don't have a box. GM said nothing he can do.

Lowes offers a lot but they don't have many large appliances in store. Everything needs to be ordered! Lowes's delivery service is the absolute worst!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a stove from them and it was delivered broken and was a nightmare to return it and a big fight to get money back.

I bought a Samsung over a year ago with the protection plan. My display stopped working in February 2023, I started a claim, they sent out 1 company who came in and started replacing parts and got my display to work, but now some of my buttons don't work. When I told them about it the company said they were gonna order a new unit. Instead they told lowes either repair was complete and closed out the claim, I called lowes to find out what's going on and all they did was schedule me with another company who never showed up. I called lowes to let them know what's going on and they put me on hold for over 20 mins to only hang up on me. When I called back they said they were gonna contact the repair company and never called me back. Here it is almost 3 months and my unit is still inop. I will never use lowes ever again the worst customer service ever, you pay for a protection plan for a peace of mind and this is what you get

The worst customer service EVER!! We had a delivery and they forgot some of our items, we were told we would get them the next day between 8-1230, we never received a phone call or confirmation. I called and was told there is no delivery scheduled to call the delivery company, I called the company and they stated the items were never put on the truck , I called Lowe’s again and they stated it was and it’s the delivery company that has the issue. My husband went to the store and was given the run around, no manager on duty, he decided to drive to the back of the store where they have the deliveries stored and sure enough our items were there with our name attached to it! He went back into store and spoke to customer service who had no clue and was told a manager would call him in the morning. No phone call, so he went back to the store this morning and our items were still sitting there! This isn’t our first encounter with a situation like this, this happened to us 6 months ago with another large item. NEVER EVER WILL I SHOP AT LOWES!!!

This store is the absolute worst Lowe's in the United States. They purposefully lower the volume of their phone so when you call they make sure they don't hear it. Their management people are unkind, selfish and definitely not proactive about helping customers. Today I called 23 times because they did not deliver The products I already bought and paid for.No one answered the phone.

I bought an electric corded lawn mower at the Middletown, NY store on a Saturday. I left it there for assembly. I was told the assembly person comes to the store on Monday and Tuesday. when I called the store Monday night I had to call 3 times and wait 20 minutes for someone to pick up. I was told it would be ready Wednesday. When I went Thursday evening to get it I was told it was not put together and the person who did the. work was in the hospital. I cancelled the order. The store never called or emailed to tell me anything. The customer service only said have a nice day when I left. When I called corporate the next day all they did was take the complaint and put it in the system. I had never shopped in the store before and never will. I went to Home Depot, bought a similar lawn mower online with customer services help. The next day i got an email telling me when it wii arrive in the store, which was 3 days after I bought it. The same day it was put together and able to be picked up. I got an email from them saying it was ready for pickup. Much happier with their service. Home Depot knows how to treat their customer's. Lowe's stinks.

Stay away, stay away!!!! I've been standing at customer service for an hour waiting to find the status of a microwave we ordered almost a month ago. We called multiple times and were told it hadn't been received. There were multiple times we called only to wait 20 minutes on hold and never reaching an associate. I was literally told by customer service there are no scan codes on the boxes and that the associate had to open each box to see if it was ours. I had to wait an hour standing at the customer service desk before they finally found it. Lowe's used to pride themselves on customer service but this was just sad. You can do better.

I went to Lowe's today to get some hay for grass seeding and after I checked out I saw they had a key making machine. I remembered I need two copies of keys so I started the key making process. I realized that the machine only accepted exact change. The keys were $4 each so I needed a 5 and 5 singles or ten singles. I only had a ten. I asked the cashier for change and she said she couldn't unless there was a transaction. I rolled my eyes a bit, but since I was there and needed the keys copied I just went to the key section of their store where an employee makes the duplicate key. I waited for about 10 minutes trying to hail down an employee but there were none around. So I went up to an empty register and asked for help. The kid reacted like I asked him the square root of 1,321. He literally looked around (which there was nobody else around) and said someone will be there soon. I went back to the key making area and waited..and waited. Nobody came. So I walked to the other side of the store to the customer service area. There were no customers and a single employee who was on her cell phone. I waited approximately 2 minutes before she acknowledged I was there. Then took another 2 minutes to wrap up her call. I heard her conversation and it was not work related. I asked if I could get some singles and a five and she pulled out her phone and started dialing while she said, "I have no key..sorry". Then she stepped into a back area to complete her call. I remember seeing on Tik Tok a video of somebody at a Lowes waking out with power tool without paying for them. At the time I remember feeling outraged and wanted to see that person brought to justice. Now, I completely relate to the guy. He probably tried buying it and was not able to. Good for you Tik Tok guy! Those of you who are thinking, well COVID is affecting... let me cut you off right there. I hade three interactions with employees and they all sucked. COVID doesn't cause horrible service..horrible management does.

I went to Lowe's and waited in the paint section for about 20 to 25 minutes an employee passed by and said she was not from that department and would get me some help.I thanked her and she went off to get help about 10 minutes later a young guy comes up to counter and I ask a question about the color of the plaster paint that I'm holding and he tells me yes that's the lightest color I say ok great I had the can and he sets it aside doesn't do anything with it so I say I will see if the Wax is in the back I will be right back none in stock so I come back my paint is still on the counter and he's dealing with another customer.I said excuse me are we waiting for someone to mix the paint because I thought maybe he didn't know how to he looks at me and says you can wait I'm with a customer who is a male by the way just saying . I say no I can't wait I've waited more than 20 minutes and I have people waiting for me he looks at me like I'm crazy .At that point I leave .The customer service sucks at that Lowes and I use to be a big fan no more!!!

Save your self. I ordered a fridge online and this store delivered the fridge. Guys came in and DROPPED the fridge on my stairs (now I have property damage) and then they damaged the fridge itself. In the end, they had the audacity to ask for tip....I Called Lowes & the 800 customer service department SEVERAL MONTHS AGO and I can't even get this resolved. "we'll call you back" is such a lie. They love to take your money but can't even give it back in a timely manner when it's THEIR fault. No one wants to compensate for the damaged fridge or the damaged property. Go to Home Depot....anywhere but this incompetent store. I opened a claim in June and now it's October and still no resolve...the ASM Melissa, store manager & district manager (Carmen) are all liars. They won't do shit and they don't help in anyway. They get annoyed when you have to consistently follow up and it's so hard to even reach someone at the store. SMH. I really hope the store gets shut down.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Lowe's should stand for low expectations. My husband was checking out with my dad in a self checkout line. They were obviously together. They realized they didn't have a price for some blocks from the garden section. They asked the employee looking over that area for help and she said she didn't know the price either. So my husband went back to the garden area to get the price. There were several checkout kiosks open, it was a slow day. So while my husband is away the card reader starts beeping because he left his card in it. The employee grabs my husbands card and refuses to give it back to my dad. My dad explains it belongs to my husband who she just met and went back to get the price. She refused and explained she cannot release the card until someone proves ID. Excuse me??? So she has the card in her hands and is on this power trip. My husband comes back and says it's his. Obviously. She makes him pull ID out. While he is doing this she ushers the next person who walks up to check out towards the station my husband and dad are using. Bear in mind all of the stations are open except theirs as they are checking out. She makes my husband step aside like he is a criminal and makes a big scene. The next person used the same kiosk my husband has just been standing at and low and behold since it had already taken his credit card all of that persons stuff was charged to our card. What a mess. Since then we try to avoid Lowes at all costs. So today we came to the store for on online purchase that would be brought out to us curbside. We parked and called and called and called. We tried 3 different times to call and it just rang endlessly. So my husband put on a mask and went inside thinking they must just be low on help that day. There were literally 4 employees working near the pickup desk when he walked in. They were laughing and playing and completely ignored him as he stood there waiting for help. It took him 30 minutes total to get his "curbside pickup". The phone rang and rang even while he was there and no one ever picked up. Don't go here. Go to Home Depot.

This Lowe's falsely advertised tools for less money with printed labels and the assistant manager(Michael) Does not honor the price. He tried to blame it on DEWALT that they print the signs even tho Lowe's does print those labels.

Holy crap this store is a cluster F. Very long story short their management is useless. Was on hold for LITERALLY 2.5 hours (I live 45 mins away and didn't realize at the start that I might as well just driven there) to find out why I didn't get my scheduled delivery. When I finally spoke to Melissa she brushed it off. Why didn't they call each customers that stayed home and waited for a scheduled appointment delivery? She had nothing to say. I'm also not scheduled for today........ why? Well according to her, the people that were scheduled for Friday didn't get there's since the truck was broken. So fridays people were getting it on Saturday which was my scheduled date. So am I getting it today Sunday.......? No....... Why not?...... cause Sunday's people are getting there's today since it's Sunday lololol what a mess. Please don't shop here folks
