The body shop manager does not listen to the problems well. I had to argue with my insurance. The manager and his team should listen to the problems well and control them..

I had damage to two Areas of my car. One area covered by insurance the other area I was paying in cash. When I picked up my vehicle, only one part of the damage was repaired. The guy who wrote the estimate, then said I did not want the repair to be made. we had discussed it face-to-face and I told him in plain English. I wanted the entire repair done at one time. I asked to speak with a manager, but was not allowed to would not recommend.

I highly recommend this auto body shop. I had read some other reviews that complained about the person at the front desk. I don't know if they got rid of that particular person, but the young lady that dealt with us was fantastic. She was very pleasant, professional, and helpful. The gentleman that gave us the estimate for the work we wanted done was the same way. My wife and I went there for estimates on 2 vehicles. Lothar's was recommended to me from the mechanic at my job. We had about 3 places we were going to get estimates from that day. Lothar's was the first stop. We were so impressed with their professionalism and the estimates we got, we never went to the other 2 places. They were able to get us appointments based on our availability very quickly. I got the work done on the first vehicle and it came out great! They finished on time with no hidden extra fees. I am dropping my 2nd car off tomorrow and I am sure I will be just as impressed with the end product. I HIGHLY recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

the receptionist or who ever answered the call is a rude person ,she keeps cutting my calls...how are you expected to be the front line of a business when you have zero peoples skills!!

I spoke the associates to find out if there was an option of ordering the parts prior to me leaving the car at the shop, I didn’t want to be without a car for a prolonged period of time. They told me no and assured me they would make sure all parts where available prior to accepting the vehicle. The original completion date for the vehicle was Friday November 17, 2023, every day I received an automated text letting me know the vehicle was on schedule for the 11-17 completion.On 11-17 I receive a call telling me the completion date had changed to 11-22 on 11-22 I received a call telling me the date had been changed to 11-28 and on 11-28 I received a call telling me that the car had to be painted and would be completed 11-30. 11-30 I called and they told me the car had to be assembled, later on that day they told me the car was in line for cleaning. Close of business on 11-30 they called me and told me the car was ready for pick up and they don’t accept American Express as a form of payment. I arrived to pick up the vehicle 12-01-23 08:00am and upon inspecting the vehicle I realized the vehicle was completely dirty inside out. I couldn’t even confirm the vehicle was repaired because it was so dirty I could not conduct a visual inspection of the job. I went back inside and demanded to speak to a manger because I have a white interior and a white vehicle paint and contrary to what they had told me the vehicle was never cleaned. I mentioned that one of the reasons I had closed this particular shop was that they offer detail service as part of the repairs and I previously had taken two other vehicles to the same shop. Their response was they don’t offer that service however upon further showing them how dirty the vehicle was they offered to clean it however I would have to sit and wait a couple of hours. I would never take any vehicle back to this shop, this is the worse experience I ever had as a customer.

My vehicle came out looking good; and I was skeptical at first with the whole experience. But I had got my vehicle back sooner than expected.Services: Painting
