The sale person Alfredo Quinones was so professional after I purchased my daughters car . I did go with my son to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Subaru dealership , to order a crosstrek 2024 wilderness, was quest treated horribly in this dealership, so we went back to Johnson Subaru, all the people that I dealt with so professional and caring that we order our second Subaru, which we getting a Forester wilderness this weekAlfredo is so professional and selling you what you need and no pressure and his sales he put you in the right car for the right amount of money I want to thank Alfredo and alsoMichelle Hardin for our experience and helping with the financial part of purchasing the vehicle. She’s so professional and making you feel like family both of them my experience it was great I suggest anybody to stop and see Alfredo and Michelle they make the experience so professional and they believe in their products.

best car buying experience I ever had , the honesty and clarity by the Blake Kilcoin (sales consultant), he's got a costumer for life , no pushing , no lying , just the right price , and also went out of his way to get us extra warranty that we were looking for at NO COST , and I can provide that in case anyone wants to see .Thanks Johnstons Subaru , and a HUGE thanks to the ONLY honest sells rep BLAKE.

My wife and I stopped in to talk about leasing a new vehicle. Ray took the time to make our visit amazing. He had the two vehicles we wanted to look at pulled up and ready for us upon our arrival which meant a lot to us. He explained the differences between the two and definitely knew his products. We never felt pressured either. Stop in and see Ray if you are looking for a new vehicle, you won’t be disappointed.

After deciding to purchase a Subaru Outback I test drove one at Johnston's Subaru. After contacting a few other Subaru dealers and getting offers, Johnston's gave me the best deal/discount and added some additional perks. My sales person was Mike Nazzaro. No heavy pressure sales tactics nonsense - just a relaxed and easy process as I ultimately ordered a 2024 Outback. I've had the car almost two months now and it's great. If you're buying a Subaru I can recommend Johnston's Subaru, salesperson Mike N., and the Outback!

Johnston’s Subaru Middletown NY was very professional and answered all my questions. Blake (salesman) did a great job in educating me on all the Outback has to offer. Terrible. So disappointed. Complete waste of my day and two weeks waiting for this appointment. I called and scheduled this appointment, having told them that I had check engine lights and had already been diagnosed by two other mechanics and needed two front axles and other items. They literally had my car all day, did not call me until 3pm only to tell me all the diagnostics that I ALREADY KNEW, and then said they had to order parts and did not do literally ANY work to fix my car. Then I was charged the $150 or so for their “diagnostics” that I had already gotten by two other mechanics who said to go to the dealer for parts. I CANNOT believe I wasted an entire day without my car not being fixed. They should have ordered the parts when I called and had everything ready to go. And the audacity to charge me for what I already knew was the problem. Besides tnr fact when I arrived the only person who greeted me was the shuttle driver, a lovely man, and I counted seven other employees in service milling about and didn’t even acknowledge my presence. Horrible. This is exactly why I give my business to mom and pop shops and small businesses.

Just purchased a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek from Johnstons Subaru. My experience at Johnstons was absolutely amazing!! Entire staff is very professional and well organized from sales and financing to service and management. The sales staff is very nice. They don't pressure you and they are professional. If you want to pay the MSRP or very close to it, then this is the place for you. I like my money and I work hard for my money. Tony, the sales manager, refused to take more than 1% off the MSRP for a new car. I asked for 2.4%. I do not feel that is unreasonable. It is at Johnston's. Someone needs to tell them that it is not 2022 anymore.

We came in and have to say, BEST experience at a dealership ever! No pressure. No hassle. We were approached after being given time to browse and Alfredo was amazing. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating.We test-drove 2 models and he gave us every bit of information we needed. He really was incredible!And btw, we bought a car!I need to amend the review to include the phenomenal service by Michelle in finance. She made the process so easy and was so very helpful. Between my wife and I, we've purchased many cars over the last 30 years and this experience was the best by FAR

My significant other and I were in the market to buy a certified pre-owned Subaru and a car at this location caught our eye. We got in touch with Colleen and scheduled an appointment to see the car that next Saturday.The dealership is a hike from where we live, well over an hour. While driving there, I got this feeling in my gut that we should call them to confirm our appointment. The first thing we asked was can we talk to Colleen we have an appointment this afternoon. The man on the phone said in a confused tone that Colleen was off that day. Who the hell schedules an appointment on a day they know they're off? But wait, it gets worse. We figured ok, this woman doesn't want to get paid, fine. Can we see the car with a different sales rep? The man on the phone told us that the car wasn't even at the dealership that day. It was at the detail shop. It's a good thing we called early into the trip. I couldn't imagine the conniption I would have had if I drove over an hour to a dealership where the woman I was supposed to meet flaked on me, and the car I wanted to see wasn't even there...Hugely incompetent and unprofessional to a degree I have never seen. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
