I highly recommend going to johnstons subaru if you are interested in subaru as your next vehicle. This is my second time and I could not be happier with the process which was very simple and fast. Warning, Be very clear with the service department. what should have been a free oil change and tire rotation (which came with vehicle) somehow became a $300 15k mile service and never once did I even say 15k service. Great sales team but service still has stealership tactics.

Frank was amazing, you can tell he cared about getting you the car that fit the best for you over just making a sale, people often dread going to dealerships due to them being pushy, this dealership and especially Frank and Tony were the opposite. They wanted to make sure I was happy with my pick. They were personal and patient when we werent 100% sure if it was the car I wanted. They were very understanding that I needed the car ASAP due to going to collage and ensured us the car would really be a good fit for all of the things I'm bringing. You can tell he wasn't trying to trick us with the prices or anything there very honest and I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Frank, I do really love my car and I'm so excited to drive it !

Johnston Subaru : When entering the wheels and tire are measured. It may seem easy but it rate the wear of your tires and amount of tread is left. Next the waiting area is roomy. The service I had done was an oil change , inspection, tire rotation. The service advisor keep me updated on the progress of work being done. When I got finished I used the free car wash that was given as a thank you for your business. I do keep going back to Johnston Subaru. If you like stars 5 stars

I purchased a Used 2017 Subaru Forester Limited. I have been looking for some time. I saw the vehicle online and made inquiries. The vehicle was still available and was encouraged to visit Johnston Subaru to look at the Vehicle. I was greeted warmly by Giovanni and we discussed the vehicle and the price. I mentioned that I was a loyal Johnstons customer.He was aware of that and that they would work hard to help me. He went and got the vehicle so I could test drive it. The car was comfortable and had the additional feature I was hoping to upgrade with. We then went to negotiate and I felt they met me at a price I was comfortable with and that I was getting good value. Throughout the process Giovanni and Karen were able to address and answer all my questions. I am very happy with my new vehicle. Giovanni has been very attentive.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Andy, Tony and Michelle. They work together to make our purchase very smooth and pleasurable great deal on a trade-in. They answered all of our questions with no pressure. We bought a beautiful Crosstrek wilderness. Amazing car!!!!
That was two months ago. We went back today and brought an outback. What a fabulous dealership thank you very much!
