Fast polite service. Needed a tail light bulb and a wiper blade. Google sent me to their old location first and the lovely salesperson at Mazda politely pointed me in the correct direction after hilariously trying to get me to test drive a Mazda ?. She was awesome and gave me good directions. The front desk tender at subaru was awesomely helpful in helping me find the service desk I needed as well. I may have a directional issue ? . Desk attendant for parts put my bulb in a little spare package so I wouldn't touch or lose and crush it ? crazy helpful. Great people. Fast help.

The sales staff is very nice. They don't pressure you and they are professional. If you want to pay the MSRP or very close to it, then this is the place for you. I like my money and I work hard for my money. Tony, the sales manager, refused to take more than 1% off the MSRP for a new car. I asked for 2.4%. I do not feel that is unreasonable. It is at Johnston's. Someone needs to tell them that it is not 2022 anymore.

My significant other and I were in the market to buy a certified pre-owned Subaru and a car at this location caught our eye. We got in touch with Colleen and scheduled an appointment to see the car that next Saturday.The dealership is a hike from where we live, well over an hour. While driving there, I got this feeling in my gut that we should call them to confirm our appointment. The first thing we asked was can we talk to Colleen we have an appointment this afternoon. The man on the phone said in a confused tone that Colleen was off that day. Who the hell schedules an appointment on a day they know they're off? But wait, it gets worse. We figured ok, this woman doesn't want to get paid, fine. Can we see the car with a different sales rep? The man on the phone told us that the car wasn't even at the dealership that day. It was at the detail shop. It's a good thing we called early into the trip. I couldn't imagine the conniption I would have had if I drove over an hour to a dealership where the woman I was supposed to meet flaked on me, and the car I wanted to see wasn't even there...Hugely incompetent and unprofessional to a degree I have never seen. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

My partner and I recently traded in our Subaru Crosstrek for an Outback and had an amazing experience. We were helped by Steven, Tony, and Michelle. Tony gave us a solid trade-in deal, Steven showed us all of the bells and whistles and even set up our phones to the Subaru app when we picked up the car. There was no pressure at all to buy. We'll definitely be buying our next Subaru here in the future!

The guys at Johnstons were awesome … no frills , straight honest and extremely responsive . I had an appointment today, after 5 hours the car was never brought into the dealership to even be looked at. I picked up the car, then called and asked for the General Manager. He had already left for the day. (330 in the afternoon). I indicated I did not want to speak to anyone from service. About 345 I received a call from a woman claiming to be the service manager. I explained how unacceptable the actions were, and she told me to hold on and she would see what they could do. She had NO IDEA that I had already picked up the car. She then started spewing excuses and asking me what I would have done if they needed to keep the car overnight. I had specifically stated when appointment was made and when I dropped car off, I needed car back same day. She kept spewing excuses, I told her she had her chance as this was the first-time scheduling at her dealership. I again explained to her that the actions were unacceptable, and I too work in the service industry and for a much larger organization and a stunt like theirs would not fly. The conversation tone then shifted implying it was my fault, and IF I wanted to blow up Facebook and contact Subaru motors i could, and I would get nowhere. I told her I have a call in to the General Manager and she stated, he would not contact me because she had spoken to me. We agreed that the conversation was going nowhere. When I asked for her name, she hung up. That is Customer Service.
