My experience with Peter was very good. He never pressured us and showed us the options. I found something I liked at Ashley, and went back to Peter, showed him the Ashley price and also a few online wholesalers lower price. He was able to offer me the cost of the online retailer and ordered it from Ashley. They setup delivery and install for a very good price, saving me 40% off what Ashley wanted. Happy I went here, the process was straightforward and easy.
Update: the sofa was delivered 3 weeks after this review. see photos, the delivery process with Huffman was very easy, and everything was installed great. They had accidentally left a large box. I called the store and Peter answered right away, he stopped at my house two days later and picked up the large box. This was an absolutely incredible experience. He's such a good person. It's hard to find customer service like this.

Try a new marketing tool other than littering the highways... Having illegal signs lining the on and off ramps advertising constant sales is a nuisance.

Hello!!My son and I just visited your Midddletown store!!! What a wonderful experience!! Your sale rep was helpful and very informative!! Your furniture selection is far superior in comparison the lame competitors in the Middletown area!! It was so represhing to browse with out having a vulture following ourevery move with their iPad in hand. Thank you so much for helping my son feel comfortable with his first furniture purchase !!!

Overall experience was wonderful.They worked with us and we came in right within our budget and left with an entire 4 piece living room set and a dining room table and chairs. Staff was really friendly and not pushy with anything which we really appreciated. They are more than willing to work with you to pick up the furniture at a Future date which I wouldn't have been able to do elsewhere.

No salesperson pressure. Was able to browse and when I found what I wanted Peter came over and answered all my questions. I was told it would take 4-5 weeks for delivery. Furniture is being delivered in under 2 weeks. Very good experience.
