Home Pro Exteriors, Inc. did my roof back in 2018.
About a month ago, (September 2024) I noticed that there were yellow jackets on my roof next to the front porch. I sensed that they had found an opening in the fascia of the roof.
So I decided to call Bill, the owner of the company, and without any hesitation, he sent two guys to check on my roof. I also learned that they spray I was applying had caused some discoloration of some of the shingles. His employees quickly told me that there was an opening in the fascia, so they closed it and applied a cleaning solution and brushed the fascia and shingles. The workers, who were friendly and respectful, also reinforced part of my porch to keep the flying insects out.
The next day, I texted Bill thanking him and asking him if there was a charge, to which he quickly said, "No." That was a very nice surprise and since today is Halloween, I considered it a real treat!
This is what I call great service from a serious and reliable company.

We recently used Home Pro Exteriors to replace our siding and gutters, as well as some of our decking and large window. We could not be happier with how everything turned out. Joe helped us realize our vision within our budget and his team was very professional. Highly recommend!

The guys at Home Pro are Great! So far they have done my roof, gutters, a retaining wall, replaced a door and windows and repaired a basement drain.
They are always professional and always pleasant to deal with.
They are the only company that I will ever have do work at my home

Very unprofessional. The workers damaged our AC unit, gutters and satellite dish. Sent multiple emails with pictures, made multiple phone calls. Finally, the owner agreed to meet with us to go over damages. Unfortunately, he never showed up. No phone call, text or email. We are still waiting...I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Our experience with Home Pro doing a complete roof replacement was excellent. The sale, contract signing with Jim Klein and tear off/installation went smoothly and efficiently. They offered a large selection of shingle colors, type and quality. We were amazed at how proficient and quickly the crew did this project. We would not hesitate to recommend Home Pro to others.

I have never been happier with a company completing work on my house. Let me start from the beginning.
In our area, finding reliable, honest, trustworthy companies to complete work on your house is almost impossible. From the moment we met Steve, we were happy and relieved to have found Home Pro. His communication and follow through is absolutely amazing. He is honest and while this quote was more than two others we received, we knew the job would be done right. The relief that I felt knowing we chose a company that stands by their work can’t be described. I will gladly pay a little more for a job that I know will be done right!
A screen was damaged during the roof installation and when I notified them, they took care of it right away.
The crew doing my roof was excellent and did a very thorough job of cleaning up and ensuring there were no nails in my driveway. They tarped the areas and checked in before and after the job to see if I had any questions.
I really could not be happier and will recommend them to everyone. I will be having them come back next year for a window install as well.

I recently had my roof and soffits done with Home Pro Exteriors and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome for both. It was a fairly large job being that I have an addition on my house but everything was done very quickly in a precise and efficient manner. It was also very reassuring they are certified in both GAF and Owen’s Corning. Any and all questions or concerns I had throughout the process were immediately answered and addressed. It’s very hard to find companies like this now a days, who are honest and take the quality of their work very seriously. The owner Bill and his staff (Steve, Jim and Joe) are all great guys and very easy to work with. They made the whole process from start to finish painless and stress free. It was a pleasure working with them. Overall, I would highly recommend Home Pro Exteriors if you’re thinking about having your roof done or any other major exterior projects and are looking for quality work at an honest price. Henry and I want to thank you so much for a beautiful new roof. Because of medical issues we could never afford this. What an amazing, awesome group of people, from Joe,Bill and Jim. And I'm not forgetting the crew up on my roof. Very professional and the clean up . Better then I expected . So again we are very grateful and like I said my heart is bursting with gratitude.

I appreciate care, politeness, and discipline. Thats what Pro brings. When a sky light had a leak near where they had put in our lifetime shingles, they insisted on immediate attention to the situation. A few days later the truck appeared at 8:00 am, and six hours later both sky lights were removed ,new trim, supports and sealing installed.
. After everything was cleaned up (even using a nail detector on the driveway), two guys cleaned and POLISHED the sky lights. Thats called pride ! Pro pride!

I gotta say my roof came out beautiful!!!
Guys were there at 7 am and didnt leave until the yard was spotless anf roof wad right .. and the comminication and customer service is over the top!!
Highly recommend this company for all of your exterior needs!!

Home Pro showed up on time and didn't leave until everything was cleaned up. Their work was exceptional, and the crew was very professional. Home Pro Exteriors (HPE) replaced the roof on our townhouse. The materials were high quality, the process was exceptionally well managed, and the job was executed by workers who were fast, professional and courteous. The communications between the contractor, his on-site foreman, and me were timely, responsive and showed that they valued the customer. With that said, I have absolutely no reservations recommending HPE for roofing, or quite frankly, any of their other professional service offerings. Hopefully, this review will help someone make the important decision to spend money to get the best possible result.
