30 Gibbs Ct, Middletown“Recently renovated, but most people I've spoken to miss the old layout. I prefer the old layout but I'm getting used to the new one. The circuit area is much smaller which is the main thing I've heard others complain about and I happen to agree. The gym is clean and the temperature control with the huge fans blowing is great. The staff is very nice and accommodating. This place could've been 5 stars but in my opinion they just missed the mark a little with the new layout and machines. But it is well worth the monthly price of entry.”
“I have been a crunch member for almost two years now. The staff are always friendly and make you feel welcomed, like you belong. I have never felt that warm-welcome and friendly feeling at other gyms. I have also been working with a personal trainer, Katia, for the past two years. She knows her stuff and will push me to do more then I think I can do. She also makes the sessions fun and explains what it is we are doing and why. I have gained muscle and lost weight working with Katia and have stuck to a more consistent gym routine then I would have, had I not had her as a trainer.”
