Prices used to be better when they first opened. Now it’s hit and miss sometimes you find something nice other times I walk out empty handed. Most times if there is something remotely nice or a brand that is good the prices are way to high . $30 for used shoes ? And $12 for Walmart pajamas used? They price each piece a minimum of 5.99 . Also why are you separating matching sets ? Like pajamas and suits . You have to dig and try to see if there is a match somewhere. Just put the sets together and then price accordingly. So annoying to find a nice mens suit jacket only to never find the pants .Also housewares is way overpriced .Though I like to still go and see what I can find I usually find something to buy and many things that also are way way overpriced.

Went here to thrift to thrift and I can say it was nice, regarding the reviews of the disabled lady there was really no problems in the store, I found some cool clothes and it was honestly cheap??♀️ I didn't go for any items only clothes so I can't speak for that but the cashiers were pretty chill and I can say if your gonna thrift here, you'll find some nice pieces??

As a partially disabled woman who cares for both my disabled parents I find it disgraceful, deplorable, and disgusting behavior to not allow one of your disabled customers to use your restroom. The rudeness and insensitivity displayed by this stores staff is atrocious. "Ally's Law" aka "The Restroom Access Act" specifically prohibits retail establishments from denying customers with medical conditions access to their bathroom facilities. This store, and it's staff, have not only violated the law, they've also violated that poor woman's human rights, and have made a mockery of the very ideology of what your organization supposedly stands for. I guess it's a good thing "Charity begins at home" because it certainly doesn't exist in the hearts of your employees or their manager. Shame on all of you.

I LOVE THIS GOODWILL STORE! This year our family has decided to have a themed “Thriftmas Exchange!” - the rule is only thrift store gifts. I stop at this particular store every week on my way to the city and it never disappoints. Needless to say, my Thriftmas list is complete and I’m still finding wonderful gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, etc. This store is very busy, well organized, clean & the young staff is extremely polite. I met the manager, and he was genuinely grateful for my compliments. Continued success Middletown Goodwill. EXCELLENT STORE ♥️

Nice clean store but to charge $5.99 for a Walmart brand boundaries tank top? The draw for Thrift store is nice stuff gently used but if I can buy this new at Walmart on clearance... hmm. Other items looked very clean prices ok. Just very low quality thrifting here.

It’s pretty psychotic that a so-called disabled person who was denied a bathroom felt the need to spam Google with multiple bad reviews under fictitious names. Obsessed, much?

Manager refused access to restroom for disabled woman with a chronic medical condition. Corporate will be notified and I will make them all famous. Strap in.Happy Good Friday. An organization started by two clergymen hires inhumane people like the manager at this store. We will NOT let this go. No matter how many store employees and their friends leave fake reviews today, at the exact same time. Two with same last name. Most their very first review. How coincidental. Seems really legit. Take note of the reviews. These are people who FULLY AGREE WITH AND SUPPORT treating disabled people inhumanly. Hopefully not employees. It’s a really bad look. I’ll be forwarding the names to corporate and if employees will be listed in the ADA complaint.Make no mistake. I’ll have peoples jobs over this. I have absolutely zero conscious when it comes to this. Write my name down. Remember it. I’ll see you all soon. Legally.

You should be ashamed. The fact that a disabled woman was turned down from using the bathrooms here is so telling to the true nature of this place. I left a good review around a month ago because I enjoyed coming here, Its the only goodwill that is generally close to me. As a disabled person myself, I don't feel comfortable shopping here anymore. If someone has a disability, and they have an emergency, let them use the bathroom. There shouldn't be any turbulence there. Do better.

By definition Goodwill meansfriendly, helpful, or cooperative feelings or attitude. This particular establishment is the polar opposite, to deny a disabled person use of the bathroom is inexcusable, the staff was absolutely horrific especially the manager. Do better.

Dropped off some clothes and items for a donation. Everyone working was helpful and gave off positive vibes. I decided to browse the store and found a few cool items for me and the family. Met the manager and told him how impressed I was with everything, nice layout, and a great variety of items. I had no idea!

Seems like a shameful amount of overly positive reviews right after getting blasted for more shameful act. Look up the background of your organization, do some soul searching, then do better.

Someone with a disability and chronic medical condition was at the following store. They were not only refused access to the restroom but everyone refused to tell them who the manager is. When they finally found the manager and showed their proof of disability he walked away.
